Scammy

Item is useless as it does not hold the phone in place. I sent them a short video but never heard back despite several emails to their contact address.

Review of Airports Taxi Transfers

Beware

Beware! This company relies on local suppliers, some of whom cannot be trusted. My driver wast not there when I arrived (I waited almost an hour) and when I contacted Airport Taxi Transfers (which was a slow and unpleasant process) they eventually told me I was not at the airport. When I sent them video evidence and photos they sent me a photo from their supplier showing me at the airport. Apart from the fact that this was counterproductive (if they had a photo of me at the airport I would have taken the taxi!) it was also clearly faked (they also sent fake WhatsApp messages where the time stamp was missing). I pointed this out to the company and eventually they refunded my ride (after a month) but did not, as requested, explain how they would investigate such practices happened, or what they would do about this in the future/deal with this supplier.

Mistakes happen and sometimes a driver gets it wrong. We all get that (as annoying as that is after a long flight) but both the ground staff who I spoke with on arrival and the subsequent communication with the coampny were unpleasant and downride rude. Worse is the dishonest behaviour of the ground staff.

I have reported this to the Thai Tourism police.

For now I would have to advise everyone NOT to use Airport Taxi Transfers

Review of Gotogate

Avoid at all costs

I travel a lot for work and this year have obviously had to deal with lots of cancellation and refunds. Gotogate has easily been the worst of the bunch. Slow, unfriendly and unhelpful.
