I was scammed by one of their drivers

I was scammed by one of their drivers. They have offered me a €90 voucher which I can’t use but won’t transfer me the money I am owed.

They clearly have no monitoring of their drivers practices, and are now actively ignoring my correspondence regarding a scam perpetrated by their driver. It is a shocking corporate attitude.

They’ve now just replied below with a generic reply despite the fact they know full well about the situation.

Currently trying to charge me a…

Currently trying to charge me a cancellation fee of over £50 when by their own Ts and Cs none applies - only a phone number provided no email address to get in touch. Very poor service overall. It’s knowingly deceptive behaviour

AVOID

The item when it arrived wasn’t Gents of Britain it was just some random Chinese brand. No way of contacting them after the order and I’m now progressing with my credit card company as I have no way to return the item.

I can see you have replied but have you made any attempt to contact me via email? I have the jumper I don’t want but can’t return it and £50 I’m owed back.

Abysmal

Abysmal customer service. Shirt arrived a month late (still technically hasn't arrived) . Hit with additional charges that are unexpected. What more can I say.

I appreciate we are in unusual times, but the level of communication when I have contacted customer service has been very poor (and took way too long to get a generic response)

I will never be using their services again - there are plenty of other sellers in the market, they clearly don't see the need to up their game.

All in all it is the worst retail experience I have had for some time, if ever. I think I'm entitled to some money back but I doubt that will ever see the light of day.
