Not a good experience
Not a good experience.
Bought shoes at a size larger than usual as recommended by Absolute-Snow, they did not fit and I had to pay the return postage.The shoes had slight scuffing on the toes so not sure if they were previously returned.
Tried several times to call them however the calls were never answered so emailed them, emails took 24 hours to be answered taking a few days just to get the answer to a couple of questions, back and forth by email, useless. Once shoes were returned informed they only check returns once a week so more waiting for a refund. They don’t do exchanges, one has to buy another pair of shoes but wait some time for the refund from the return awkward if you don’t have the funds. Not a happy experience.

Poor contact Over a day to answer a question.
All good apart from contact . Waiting over 24 hours for a reply by email in regard to a question about a product is ridiculous. Long queue for the chat service. This is worse than the times before computers and internet at least you could phone and get an answer instantly.

APC are great fast and efficient on the whole, one of, if not the best available. Though not much point in giving instructions which were printed on the label to leave large boxed parcel under barn canopy, only to leave it outside back door with no shelter where it got soaked from heavy rain. Luckily the other parcel containing electrical goods was in a plastic bag.

Good concept useful when it works…
Good concept useful when it works however I was informed by a manager if all super savers are purchased I would achieve the stated figure of 13.5p per unit, having purchased all the super savers I only achieved 15.3p per unit at best over a twelve month period. When I requested them to explain this they avoided answering the question. I have had several problems over two to three years unfortunately the call centre staff have always failed to answer my enquiries, basically it appeared they don’t know how the system works and always referred me to a manager to explain which often worked but if the staff aren’t sure then who’s to say what’s working correctly. Now after three years I’m told they are closing down this concept and joining e-on. I guess the concept wasn’t working very well after all, shame.

Great mask comfortable and reassuring, used one for months now and always great. So handy to pull up quickly when all those ignorant people pass you not wearing any mask especially heavy breathing joggers. Thank you I think I’ll keep using these when and if the virus has cleared up.this virus was around long before they warned us.

Terrible service the worst.
Terrible service, first delivery bent,flat and damaged beyond use, company sent replacement arrived in even worse condition, bent, kinked and what was left of the outer packaging was saturated and in pieces. Sender refused to send another really annoying they also said this was a common fault with tuffnells stay well clear. As a business of over 25 years we have sent items all round the world and to date never experienced such a terrible courier. STAY WELL CLEAR.

The worst experience…
Yet again worst experience in regards to delivery by this company. First item heavily damage, replacement even worse,packaging what’s left of it saturated goods damaged beyond use. Delayed deliveries, lost items, no reply to questions goods heavily damaged . So far every experience with this courier has been a disaster. Avoid like the plague/virus.

Argos raise the price when new stock arrive Simply to take advantage of the demand. Thank you Argos for creaming all you can from your loyal buyers during covid-19, when most companies are trying to help, appalling behaviour. When requesting to speak to a manager we are expected to believe that the head office CEO is on the customer service floor. What lies, as if. We were told by customer service manager if we write in to complain they are the head office CEO and would handle the complaint therefore it would be a waste of our time as she states” I am the person who would receive the complaint and I would tell you the same” oh right and your in the customer service department at that time.Miss Cousins shame on you. Take your custom elsewhere was the advise given. Great I’ll do that. 40 years as a loyal customer ends here.

Two occasions no delivery complained and waited two weeks for an answer then with first order waited another week before items arrived with second order still awaiting a response nearly four weeks on . Appalling waist of time.
