Refund

I complained to the Vue regarding a recent issue. I received an email saying the they would refund me for the tickets I brought to take my grandson to a film that ended up not showing. Other customers on that day were offered a full refund and was able to choose another film for free. How ever I was not given this choice. After complaining, I was advised by email, I would get a full refund and it would be in my account between 3 & 5 days… Guess what, the refund has not gone into my account, and feel that there was no intentions of refunding my money…😡😡😡

Don't use Yodal

Ordered curtains, suppose to arrive on a Saturday, they didn't turn up, got a message to say they will be delivered on the Sunday, they didn't turn up. Spoke to customer services on the Monday and they promised to get the curtains out to me asap… 9 days later the curtains still not arrived 😡😡 I called customer services again today to be informed they've been sent back to the company 😡😡, constant lie from them, would not recommend them in any way or form… Evri is 100% better trust me. I'm so pee’d off with the whole company!!

Hair pricing

I went into the salon on Monday and after a good chat with a colour technician and went by her advice, I booked my appointment. I asked at this time how much the whole shebang would cost. I was advised it would cost £180.00, but with a 10% discount it would be £162. The girls I had to day were amazing… and I am really pleased with my hair. however when I went to pay at the end, it was £225. take off 10% it came to £213 +. Eventually I was told £198.+.obviously I was expecting to pay £162… due to paying more than expected, I was unable to leave the girls a tip.. so I’m so sorry girls, not your fault.

Helpful customer care.

I had to make a call to chrystal, as I had not received my gift card. Chrystal was brilliant, she guided me through the app and was very polite and patient, as I get a little bit flusters on IT. I received my voucher with the guidence of chrystal help..

Left parcel expensive item on front…

Left parcel expensive item on front door step was . He did not read note to say leave with neighbour…. Have ring door bell as proof.. very disappointed with service as this is not the first time it’s happened..

Delivery of parcels put exactly where I…

Delivery of parcels put exactly where I have asked them to be left and not thrown at the door and left for other people to pick up, like other delivery companies. Delivery man very polite and always has a smile on his face.

Brilliant

Brilliant, I recommend this service. My medication arrives on time. I now have no worries of trying to pick my prescription up, queuing to collect my prescription at the chemist.

Very disappointed

Disgrace to the delivery driver, who I have reported 3 time for dumping my parcels on my door step and not putting in a safe place as requested. I have been advised that she has been spoken too with regards the situation, but She still continues to do as she pleases and has no respect if your parcel goes missing!!!!
