Still waiting for a resolution
What went wrong this time trustpilot put at the beginning of this review......where does one start.
Virgin Media field sales agents and customer service staff are nothing but liars, harsh i know but it's the truth. Promised adeal and number porting from Sky when we took up the deal, Four months down the line we have given up on the porting and whilst we have received some credit for the agreed waiving of fees the contract is nothing like the one promised. After countless calls and complaints the issue is still unresolved, the complaint has not been addressed for over a month and the CS agents, who promise the earth and promise to fix it up give up and ignore you when you ask why they havent fulfilled their side of the bargain. All they needed was verification from the field agent of the deal he gave us, the CS staff member emailed to say they have it and was waiting on his manager to apply it. Forgotten how many times i've heard this, perhaps it's the managers who need the proverbial up their backsides.
Virgin as a company are simply not worth the hassle they give you. Roll on end of contract when it will be payback time, but i dont think they really give a damn. Believe me this lot are the only thing i've seen more incompetent than Liz truss.
The stock reply from Virgin, see below. The usual get it off the system garbage. Do you really think people are sucked in by the patronising reply? As virgin seem to treat customers issues as a game then i for one am going to play it out. You people and your company need shutting down, you lie, you cheat and offer fraudelent deals you know the agents have no right to be offering but seem to turn a blind eye to it when customers realize the contract they actually get lumbered with is nothing like the one offered by the sales agent but by then its too late to get out as the fourteen days has long gone. I have no doubt the timeframe is meticulously managed by yourselves so as to negate people getting out of their contracts unless they pay a huge penalty. Have and enjoy your 5 minutes of joy as your time will come, as a company look at your reviews and judge for yourselves, your customer base is dissapearing alarmingly.
