useless incompetent tossers. Just an extension of the builders. Work which they deemed unacceptable is now strangely acceptable. How has that become so.... i will let you make up your own minds.
Builders work these days is shoddy, why, because the idiots let them get away with it.

Remus are totally useless

Remus are totally useless. Must have to spoken with them 5 times over various issues which they acknowledge then do stuff all about.
Had an email from a Nathan, the new manager for our estate a while back introducing himself with the old cheshunt "i'm here to help" well Nathan get off your backside and do as you promise. Shocking service from a useless management company.

Ordered an item which wa acknowledged then nothing, no reply to emails or their phone number says no one is about and cuts off.
Update: Once i had finally managed to get a reply and the order processed it arrived very quickly.

Ordered replacement adhesive pads for…

Ordered replacement adhesive pads for my camera over a week later nothing has arrived. Ordered some more and today they have arrived but only 1 pad in the pack that clearly states two should be there.
First order still no sign of that, after countless emails to nextbase i have not had a single response.

HOPELESS

Just had a call from these as i have been told i need their services. Spoke to a guy who told me they dont have anything in my area....funny as i just got their leaflet from a place 5 minutes away in my local town. The guy then said perhaps you may want to look around for an alternative place, why? if you cant be bothered booking me an appointment then i will go elsewhere. What a waste of time that was, seems anything associated with healthcare these days is a complete shambles.

Awful Aftersales Department (Updated)

Been trying to reach aftersales for 3 days without sucess. Ring sales and you get answered on the first ring.
Beginning of the week i was told i would get a call back within 24 hrs max.... stillwaiting.
forwarded a report as requested in an email. Not heard a thing.
ON hold as i type for over an hour, oops just been cut off. lets redial sales, straight through and a nice lady has taken my details and will get aftersales to callback....within 24 hours.....lets see, i'm not holding my breath.
As i have been critical, so i shall give credit as i have now had contact from Ollie the team leader from the Aftersales department.
We spoke at length of the issues with the vehicle and what i had done to get it right. Supplied reports and invoices and Ollie is now in the process of getting things rectified.
Once we had made contact Ollie has handled this in a professional manner listening to what i was saying and acting on it. I was always happy with V12 sales side but i have to say the aftersales have now proved me wrong, they do help and they do listen to their customers. I guess you could say "oh well, you would be pleased, you are getting sorted"
My answer to that is, get in touch if you have issues, and if V12 can assist then im sure they will

Still waiting for a resolution

What went wrong this time trustpilot put at the beginning of this review......where does one start.
Virgin Media field sales agents and customer service staff are nothing but liars, harsh i know but it's the truth. Promised adeal and number porting from Sky when we took up the deal, Four months down the line we have given up on the porting and whilst we have received some credit for the agreed waiving of fees the contract is nothing like the one promised. After countless calls and complaints the issue is still unresolved, the complaint has not been addressed for over a month and the CS agents, who promise the earth and promise to fix it up give up and ignore you when you ask why they havent fulfilled their side of the bargain. All they needed was verification from the field agent of the deal he gave us, the CS staff member emailed to say they have it and was waiting on his manager to apply it. Forgotten how many times i've heard this, perhaps it's the managers who need the proverbial up their backsides.
Virgin as a company are simply not worth the hassle they give you. Roll on end of contract when it will be payback time, but i dont think they really give a damn. Believe me this lot are the only thing i've seen more incompetent than Liz truss.

The stock reply from Virgin, see below. The usual get it off the system garbage. Do you really think people are sucked in by the patronising reply? As virgin seem to treat customers issues as a game then i for one am going to play it out. You people and your company need shutting down, you lie, you cheat and offer fraudelent deals you know the agents have no right to be offering but seem to turn a blind eye to it when customers realize the contract they actually get lumbered with is nothing like the one offered by the sales agent but by then its too late to get out as the fourteen days has long gone. I have no doubt the timeframe is meticulously managed by yourselves so as to negate people getting out of their contracts unless they pay a huge penalty. Have and enjoy your 5 minutes of joy as your time will come, as a company look at your reviews and judge for yourselves, your customer base is dissapearing alarmingly.

customer service is shockingly poor

Had the whole house done and expertly installed by Nicolae Neasca. Very professional job. Thank you for a top install.

Well here we are in december and the shutters have developed an issue where they simply do not shut fully. Sent photos as rewuested and received this email in response:
Hello Mrs Atkinson,


Thank you for your email.


In regards to your shutters these shutters would not be sold as a full blackout product. These products would be free from any manufacturing or fitter issues.

We have been waiting weeks for Remus to respond with a certificate for the seller of the property we are buying.
Solicitors chasing countless dead ends.
Leaves us thinking that perhaps buying into anything managed by these people is a very bad idea.

update as far as i am aware from our solicitor they have now received a certificate from Willow green Management signed by Remus although we all know you are one and the same in legal terms this is like me signing something on your behalf, back it goes for a verification that Remus are legally allowed to sign the certificate and that they are one and the same. The seller is almost at the point of losing her new place and our buyers are at the point of bailing out, perhaps it's not such a bad thing, why do we still think we need to run away from this development as quick as we can. Trying to find out exactly what future liabilities may arise is not easy. Will the section 106 be binding to Remus as for a s104 and sec38 i think i know the answer to that as they are non existent. I wonder how many residents on this development are aware of what is about to land on their doorsteps. Only time will tell,it simply is not enough to say "well it is the way it works these days" about time The government put a stop to this fleecehold racket.

Eurostar disgracful policy

Eurostar are a disgrace. Asked for a refund from the ceo himself...more like gutless nerd than a ceo, gets his lapdoll to answer that Eurostar are still running a service and see no need to refund but if i want to change my plans then they will give me vouchers free of charge...wow aint you f8888g grand. Now i have vouchers they say all rights to a refund are waived.Shame on you eourostar i seriously hope you go broke, you are parasites who need a good smack.
