When I received my order, there was no receipt in the box and I wanted to return one of the items. Receipt if payment should always be included.

Low hygiene standards.

On the Queen Anne world voyage. Very disappointed. Their attention to hygiene is poor, eh people using the Artisan food hall, fill their water bottles directly from the water dispenser, even though there is a notice telling passengers to use a glass to fill water bottles. I complained to a senior staff member but his attitude was "what can I do". Also a passenger in bare feet in the Britannia Restaurant. Wonder who will be liable if she walks on glass. Senior staff not interested. Compared to the other ships in this fleet, the standards are low on the Queen Anne.

Dreadful hotel

Dreadful hotel, poor levels of cleaning in the bedroom. Had to keep asking reception, took two days before room was properly cleaned. Safely not a priority, hairdryer placed over bathroom basi, so unusable, Staff indifferent.

Overpriced and poor customer service

Overpriced and poor customer service. Every time I have visited the shop in Bromley my app has not acknowledged my purchase. When I complain, the staff just smile and say contact customer service. When I mentioned to member of staff the bad reviews they get on Trustpilot, he just smiled and said good. Very poor service, smiling at the customer does not equate to good customer service.

To be avoided

This company do not pay out on all purchases, especially holiday and hotel bookings. Also I gave been charged a membership fee which I never signed up to. Would not recommend them to anyone.

We do pass on all of the funds we receive from retailers for purchases made back to members as cashback offers. Memberships are also mentioned on site and within our welcome email upon sign up.

We mention a 30 day grace period of Plus membership which offers great extras such as increased top up on cashback and increased tell a friend bonuses in exchange for a £5 annual deduction from payable cashback when a payout request is made.

members can switch at anytime on the profile page within the membership details section.

A bought a turkey crown from Morrisons…

A bought a turkey crown from Morrisons and it was awful. For some unknow reason the skin had been removed, which is unusual. The meat was like cardboard even though I followed the cooking instructions to the letter. The turkey was inedible, ended up with no turrkey for Christmas dinner. Never again, will stick with Waitrose or Sainsbury. Will be returning it. It doesn't deserve even one star.

Please please do not use this co
mpany. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday and the delivery was by Royal Mail. My friend wasn't in but royal mail were given my details as the recipient. I am unable to get a redelivery as there is an error on their system. Have complained to Prestige but was told not their problem!! I will stick with Eorist in future, reliable and good quality.

Ordered flowers on 16.12.21, for delivery on 18.12.21. Flowers delivered on 30.12.21 after several emails of complaint. Bouquet was not what I ordered. Would never use this company again.

I bought several items from Cult Beauty, spending £62.30, but could have bought the exact same items from Decium for £19.80 less. Advice shop around. Won't be shopping at Cult Beauty again.
