I bought a sofa set without seeing it in real life! I was very nervous because these things look great online but often fall short in real life. And if it’s uncomfortable the effort to send it back felt a little overwhelming - although I’m sure it would have been fine if I had to.
However, I was so delighted that not only did it look exactly as I’d hoped, it was incredibly comfortable. The sofa is very firm but I love that - and the pouffe and the single chair and the rug I also bought are superb. I’m really pleased!

I’m absolutely thrilled with our sofa set! I was a bit nervous spending £2k on a sofa set I’ve not seen in real life but I am so relieved it looks so good! It’s really comfy to sit on, harder than my previous sofa but much more preferable. It looks elegant and was really easy to put together. I am very pleased! And the colour is exactly as I envisioned!!

I only used Bupa for the first time last week and i'm not sure i understand what's going on when. the appointment was very rushed as only ten minutes is allowed, which - on this first occasion, i would have benefitted from an introduction to how it all works too. Also, I've had to liaise with my own GP surgery regarding a moratorium pre-treatment form, and they did not really understand what and why they were signing - and i couldn't explain why either! Everything is very generic and feels like it works IF you know. But until you KNOW, it's a little confusing...

I tried 2 x bottles of the menopause Happy Mammoth pills spanning 42 days. I felt absolutely no benefits and saw no benefits. For nearly £100 I wouldn’t bother.. the website states you can have your money back if you’re not satisfied but for that you’re not to open the product. Not sure how you’re able to reach dissatisfaction if you don’t try it..
Update: I’ve actually just received a refund for half my payment. Thank you, Happy Mammoth, I appreciate the gesture and time you’ve taken to reach out.

Nadia Miles took us through everything we needed to know and understand about will writing. It felt like a very good thorough hour of guidance and advice. She also offered us additional options beyond what we’d previously thought would be involved with writing a will, talking us through all the permutations.

It's an easy website to navigate, and the helpful insight into each plant - and the maintenance required - is so appreciated. It made choosing which plants very easy. The delivery was good - nicely packaged plants. The only slight disappointment was that i'd ordered a pink pot but was told after the sale (and despatch) that it was out of stock, and was given a grey one instead.

I’ve just come off the phone from speaking with customer service rep, Jahanzaib (Jay) Sajjid. He very helpfully talked me through my query, and resolved my issue.

I wrote to your customer service on Monday to ask you a question about what i was looking to purchase but i've heard nothing. In the end i've decided to take a punt and hope this works. If you don't have showrooms you should make more of an effort to be available to customer questions.

This is our third annual visit to the Spread Eagle Spa and it's always such a pleasure coming here. This year the staff remembered us, which was lovely. Our massages and facials were exceptional, as was the food and ambience.

I've not received my Absolute Collagen yet....

I'm really enjoying being part of this wine club. I stumbled across it originally as a means to gain BA Avios points, but the fact the selection of wine available is so good, it's easy to keep a track of favourites, order more cases and try recommendations, means i've become a firm fan! I feel like I'll be drinking my way to New Zealand next year!! It also feels very personable - and reasonably priced!

In essence, the idea of the app is really helpful - as a sort of ‘live’ notice board for the neighbourhood. However, it’s also heightened my awareness of how miserable and angry a lot of my neighbours actually are, with some folk becoming quite aggressive and shouty when putting their views across. I wonder sometimes if ignorance is more bliss! It’s a tough one......!
