Website states express delievery is…

Website states express delievery is free and should receive the item within 6-12 working days and there is 24hr contact support. However two weeks later i am still waiting for my parcel, i have sent two emails (with no response) and parcel tracker has not moved since 3 days after I purchsed the item.

So upset twice now tesco have let me…

So upset twice now tesco have let me down on the day, I am in their vulnerable persons list and rely on delivery and my support worker that I see once a week to make sure food is in and bills are paid. I'm disabled and tesco wait until the day of the delievery to tell me they cannot fulfill the delivery due to lack of staff they can not process the order. Leaving me to rely on take aways until my support worker comes next week to go shopping. I don't know what to do for toilet roll and other products as I don't have them now the shopping didn't come and u don't have the ability or anyone who can go and collect for me this week. Totally gutted. All tesco says is we apologise but it couldn't be helped. We can send you a ten pound gift voucher to use online. Bare in mind there are no delivery slots now for the next week and a half. Tesco state it will take 5-7 days for the money to return to my bank account and once again they are sorry however this has happened twice now. I wonder if there will be a third time. Not sure if anyone else have come across this.

Very impressed.

Ordered and recieved the Valencia recliner corner sofa within 5 days.
The sofa is fantastic, service was quick, polite and professional.
Very pleased with my new sofa and at such a bargain price.
The guys put it where I asked, fit it together and all done with a smile.

I would definitely recommend furnitureinstore.

Brilliant service, delayed delievery due to current corona but windsor brown kept in contact with me, delievery company and done their best to make sure i received the product.
