I wouldnt consider using any other agent nor would I consider booking online! The staff at Bolsover are always available at times of the day that is convenient for me. Its never an issue getting in touch and without exception, their staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Keep your online booking if you must but I prefer the personal touch from the moment I book my cruise until I disembark the ship.

The quality of the top i bought is good. I bought from the petite range- i have purchased a couple of tops as petite from Roman which have been the perfect length - this one was far too long and would be suited imo to someone who is 5ft 6 and over, absolutely not a petite length.

The whole experience with this company is simple, streamlined and they deal with orders very quickly. My experience with their customer care team on the very rare occasion I have had an issue is again straightforward and very quick and they go over and above to help.

Just had the best holiday at the Gloria Palace Royal Hotel in Gran Canaria. Great flights from Birmingham. Fantastic room in a fantastic hotel with view to die for! What's not to love!

This works.....no ifs or buts it works!
I'm a historical slow loser with 4 stone max to lose so I don't looks massive chunks each week but In 7 weeks this slow loser has lost 21 lb. Its the ONLY diet in 45 years I have stuck to and that I actually can envisage me seeing through to target. There is the safety net of the customer support and the FB group. There is also the switch plan with its own support group for transition and maintenance. The choices of food/shakes/bars are great and filling. I can, I will, watch me! ❤️

This plan is the best! It's simple to follow and very effective.
The meals and flavours are varied and any issue is dealt with immediately by customer services who are absolutely second to none!

I have nothing but praise for this plan, the speed and quality of customer services and the customer fb support group. In my 60 plus years I cannot remember having such a brilliant weight loss over such a short time and find I just don't continuously think about food like I used to.
Anyone who thinks they can eat normally on a very low cal diet will be disappointed and thats unreasonable to expect but this plan offers a wide variety of shakes, soups, meals and bars including snacks.
All the above aside, this thing works, the results are instant which definitely keeps me on track! One of my better choices. I can actually visualise myself getting to where I want to be. 10/10

Caring lovely staff throughout. Audiologist took time and patience with my very elderly very deaf mum. Service was brilliant.
Also worth a big mention was the young lady who was filling shelves and who noticed our concern that the lift( at Chesterfield Low Pavement) was out of order. Mum is 90 and very poor mobility wise and this young lady offered and accompanied us down in the staff lift safely to the bottom floor. She is a credit to Boots and you should look after her!!!

Good service but yodel delivered at about 4 pm - the birthday was nearly over by then!
