UK based support is fantastic
I had a long running problem with payroll (client caused it) and the support team have been brilliant, so patient and thorough, I have been very impressed. I already knew that Xero was the best accounting software on the market, I have been using it for over 10 years, but previously the support took a long time - I think it was based in NZ. Now they have UK based support who can ring you back (and they do) and screen share - its a game changer.
