The worst company ever

Why is the government allowing such a company to exist??? They lied about everything they claimed that am not in the electoral register on my account I don’t know why they claim that because ever since I registered about 20 years ago I am on the register on every address I have leave .

Loyal Customer Scammed for Years - Avoid Three

I have been a loyal Three customer for years, and it is one of my biggest regrets. My experience has been nothing short of a financial ambush.

This company consistently hits you with hidden charges and unexplained fees. You think you're on a fixed plan, but the bill always finds a way to be higher than expected. I genuinely don't understand how they are allowed to operate like this.

The only reason I stayed for so long was because I thought all phone companies were the same. I was wrong.

I finally switched to Lebara Mobile, and the difference is night and day. With Lebara, my bill is exactly what they say it will be. I have never once been charged an unexpected fee. It’s transparent, honest, and affordable.

My advice to anyone considering Three: DON'T. Look into the smaller MVNO providers like Lebara, Giffgaff, or Smarty. They use the same networks but without the scams and horrible customer service. Save yourself the money and the frustration.

Do not reward this company with your loyalty. They will not reward you back.

Failed to deliver on time

Whenever I have a delivery date and time I make sure someone is Home to get it but they will lied and say they attempted to deliver but no one was there
Please tell your drivers to deliver customers items and not make them wait until the next day or to go and collect it from your service point

Be careful not to be a victim

SCAMMERS, I received a letter from capquest/opos dated 23/07/2025 . stating that a debt I had, has been passed on to Capquest/opos. Thought this odd, as the debt was from an unpaid Orange bill from 31/05/2023. Today 21 August 2025 they sent me email asking me to contact them to discuss my account.
Don’t get me wrong, I haven been the best with finances through the years, I had not had anything to do with orange for nearly two decade and I am confident, I don't owe anyone money, let alone Orange.
I contacted Capquest/opos but they have the worst customer service ever,
I am glad I did not fall for there scam please be careful with this scammers they will do anything to get money from they will rip you off if they have the opportunities. Thankfully I came back to Trustpilot to distroy there plans and save anyone who is fortunate to read this review.
With many bad review, each describing my exact experience please be careful!!!l.

Bullet Dodged, as if I’m honest, i was going to just pay the £105.01. Instead of the £420.04 (which would leave the debt off my file) as they claim.

What a terrible Scam. Not only do we have to deal with scam telephone calls/text messages and emails daily, but now actual paper mail (a form of communication I would trust more than anything, as the effort needed to go through the mailing process is so much longer and costly and the environment, for the scammers).
the government should stop this is illegal data breach I would appreciate if anyone reading this be more vigilant.
CAPQUEST/OPOS please get a job this is not a job.

Worst customer service ever

Be careful with your transfer
I make a transfer on Wednesday and I received email from customer service asking for iD of the receiving which I provided but the transaction never gets to its destination I contacted customer support and asked them to cancel it since they can’t process it and the customer service representative confirmed to me that the transaction was cancelled and they will not debit my account
Unfortunately this morning I noticed that my account was debited and the transaction was not processed to it destination.
Right now I have not received my money in 3 days and the transaction has not been completed and this money was meant for a medical treatment
Am very disappointed and concerned about what is happening

I have been Banking with them for more than 17 years but is the worse decision I ever made no benefit

Don't deserve a single star

I wish there was a negative star rating!!
I Waited ten days for my phone to arrive then gave up and cancelled contract!
I have order lots of phones from affordable mobil but Neve experience such a poor customer service
I phoned Affordable Mobiles five times chasing for the phone every time I call they say it will be deliver the next working day but the phone never arrive
today 09/12/2024 I call they say they are experiencing a delay and I was promised they were sending before Christmas
the phone was ment for my daughter's birthday which was 03/12

Scam products. They purposely slow down our phones, iPad and iMac and MacBooks after releasing a new model to manipulate people into buying their latest devices.
most of their products are now not compatible to download any app, They don't add any significant new features but market old features coping from other brands. By slowing down and draining the battery of older phones, iPad, iMac and MacBooks they trick people into purchasing new ones to meet their sales targets. They also produce accessories, like charging cables, in low quality, forcing people to pay frequently for replacements when they break within a year. These scammers have been robbing people of their money for years.

the worst financial institution ever
The levels of incompetence and low customer service at HSBC move to new low levels
In short I'm a customer of 45 years excellent band credit rating fortunately
1. I had cause to complain
Their complaint portal limits the characters you can use to the point of is useless
2 I decided to call to make a complain because I cannot express myself on the complain portal
3 now the worst bit!
I had a response to my complaint via email in which they followed a template but forgot to populate with an answer. I did laugh

The response ultimately was poor and formulaic

I have open another banks account and soon I will completely switch
I have switched my wife and son next will myself and 3 other children a I'm sad that I had to leave and sadder that the bank I once joined has become so impersonal so arrogant, no benefit and so difficult to interact with even thinking of contacting the financial Ambushman but HSBS Don't wort wasting my time anymore.

finally my advice to the noble readers planning to open a bank account, Avoid HSBC at all costs if you din not want to be depress

Do not use PayPal for purchases

With my experience most PayPal staff are culprit after my worst experience with PayPal I call customer service for a resolution but the customer support I received was very rude I demand to speak to a manager but the manager was worst than the customer service advisor

PayPal champion themselves with buyer protection don’t be a victim please
I purchased a ticket that cannot be used and I raised a dispute only to be told that am not protested I lost my money for no reason

DO NOT USED PayPal use you debit or credit card

Be careful not to use paypal when making payments because the careless about the millions of customers making them earn billions

I purchased I ticket trough PayPal and my auntie got sick and couldn’t travel I contacted PayPal less than 24 hours of the purchase and the travelling was scheduled more than a week ahead

The company refused to refund my money and I immediately contacted PayPal to raised a dispute after weeks they sent me email saying that I am not protected by the buyer protection

DATA SCAMMERS IN ACCURATE INFORMATION

Dodgy data used
So you need a good credit history to get good financial deals, but when TransUnion holds incorrect information they task the customer to do all the work to correct their unreliable data? When you ask them to update records they come with any excuse as to why they cannot update it.. as far as I can tell they are affecting people's financial situation with no care of where they the data is coming from or how it is maintained
I have been on the electoral register ever since all of a sudden they said I just registered on the electoral roll when I contacted them to make the corrections I was ask to provide a proof which I did by forwarding them an email from Thanet county council but yet still they refused to accepted it
