Japanese plug without seals. Not sure if it is a refurb

Never received my online parcel and now I can't get through to anyone to get a refund.

Positives: loved the free shows and how they were influenced by the countries visited: Spain, France and Italy. Even the fee paying ones were worth the money. The food was great - the standard expected for a cruise line. I was torn between two starters and was given both. Negatives: had a haircut and it looked terrible as it was rushed after they were 30 minute late for appointment and I had to go to a muster point. A last minute cancellation of a shore excursion due to lack of demand and had to take a similar tour in another language. I needed sanitary bags as there were none in the toilets but no-one would provide these except a cleaner I had bumped in to... the attitude was it wasn't my job showing a lack of respect for both customer and other employees. Ordered oysters and wine which took forever to arrive... maybe someone was diving for them. Tried to sign up to membership, didn't work on app and took the time to do this at the desk (waited 30 min in line as there was only one person at desk) but when at home was blocked due to my cruise being booked last minute. I can understand not awarding points but Royal Caribbean (for a cruise in the med next year) has already signed me up on their points scheme so I know where I will probably book again. No choice where to sit in main dining room so a random stranger was stuck with me and I with them every single night. Extremely noisy in places to book excursions I couldn't hear myself think. Very cold pool but went in anyway.

It was dry or watery. I chucked the crab away. The lobster was barely edible. It put me off trying the oysters - so I can't comment on that. The muscles and cockles were ok. The prawns were nice. But it is a lot to pay for 4 prawns and some cockles/muscles.

Needed a new pair of glasses without any fuss delivered to my home during COVID-19 and they did it without any delay! Very impressed.
