dreadful customer service response

Myself and 8 family members traveled on a connecting flight from Frankfurt to Athens. We were seated near the rear and on the back seat was a male who turned out to be an illegal immigrant being deported. When the rear doors were closed he became extremely disruptive, running up and down the plane making very loud vomiting type noises and banging his head on the panels. He was so aggressive he dented the paneling in the rear of the plane. There was no one accompanying him. Three highly trained police men came on the plane, restrained him and removed him. He was kicking and screaming all the way down the aisle of the plane. My three young grandsons (who were sat in the row in front of him) were very distraught, one who totally broke down convinced he had a bomb. The captain spared only a few seconds to attend but offered no words to calm the boys down.
My initial contact with Lufthansa customer services was positive, full of superficial apologies. the last e-mail I received from Lufthansa was an offer equivalent to £4.79 per person. An insult and was rejected.
I have sent three further e-mails but they are no longer communicating.
Bear the above in mind if you are considering flight bookings.

Broken Promises

My smart meter monitor stopped working early laast October. I rang BG four times requesting a replacement but never received one.
In December I decided to change suppliers but a BG representative persuaded me to stay with them as a supplier. The request was backed up by a person in their engineering department promising to send me a monitor mid Januaary. One never arrived.
I made two more phone calls in early February only to be given very lame reasons why no monitor was being sent.
At this point in time I decided to switch suppliers.
I can not stand bad customer service and to be given repeated misleading information and promises is not what I accept from a market leader.

Misleading and negative customer service.

I booked two tickets from Manchester to Southampton for travel 13/3/25. Tickets were booked mid December.
I requested seats together for me and my wife but they issued them apart.
I have made four telephone calls to get seats together with no success. Today I was told that seats were available but when I requested a change they said they were no longer available.
The customer service was most unhelpful. I feel that I have been fobbed off for two months and finally dismissed as a not important client.
I will bear this in mind when making future train bookings.
