Quick, efficient, very good quality for the price

The lady on the opposite side of the phone was very helpful. I then got an email explaining exactly what I will be covered for when I have my appointment tomorrow and all the details I needed to fill in the online application.

I received my light bulbs very quickly. Unfortunately one was incorrect. The company was quick and efficient in its response. They did a stock take to check how the mistake occurred and swiftly replaced the incorrect bulb. Throughout they were very polite and responsive. I will certainly use them again.

I got very helpful advice from a gentleman who knew exactly the information required. This doesn’t happen often these days. Thank you!

Peter John provide an excellent service. They will help with your interior design as much or as little as you need. They stock, or can quickly order, a huge range of fabrics, etc. and can arrange upholstery, curtain making, blinds then for them
for you. I highly recommend them.

No longer a great site. I can no longer reserve 4 identical books at a good rate - you only allow a voucher for one book at a time. The whole thing is more difficult to operate. I am researching where to produce my family Christmas year book - it won’t be with you for the first time.

I am VERY disappointed with the new PhotoBox system. I can no longer build a series of pictures in an album which I can use for creating my photo album. I can no longer use my iPad to create my photo album. I used to transfer my pictures into an album then use my desk top to create, as I cannot do this anymore I had to make up my album on my iPhone which was awful. I have paid for another album but am dreading having to try to put it together on my iPhone. Every year I make up a family album with a copy for everyone but sadly not anymore. You had a wonderful product and you have ruined it.
