I reported a fraudulent subscription to this company and showed them there was no usage and they refuse to refund the $149 stolen from me stating "Hi there 👋

The charge takes place at the beginning of the billing cycle, and for users to prevent a charge, they should cancel the subscription before the billing cycle.
