The worst customer service in history!

The worst customer service in history!! My double points voucher didn’t not activate. I’ve spent a week dealing with the most incompetent customer service sales assistance who have told me to clear the cookies on my computer that will not add my double points they don’t care they’re not interested in helping you do they have any intelligence of how to respond to emails as a human just cut and paste generic responses.
EDITgot to love the automatic generic reposed to this of contact then!!! I did!! Over 20 emails!! See they don’t care haha their response to contact them is a joke!!

Drivers are incapable of using a path…

Drivers are incapable of using a path and walk over the flowers bed and step over plants in pots then shrug and laugh when you ask them to use the path!! So lazy!!

Thank you for leaving a review, I am sorry to read of the time it took to arrive and condition it arrived in.
I can see this was booked on an estimated 5 working day transit time from when FedEx received and was delivered in 7, which was over the holiday period.
Regarding the condition it arrived in, if the contents sustained damage while in transit, you may be able to claim under the insurance, if you wish.

If I could give negative I would!

If I could give negative I would!! Avoid!! Shocking take your money and will fob you off refuse to give you back money after over selling extended warranty that you cancel. Been 3 months and chasing £850 daily!!! Car had faults from day I got home again ignored then told can’t return as done too many miles and over 30 days.. car been in their garage now 7 days after fighting to get it looked at and no one is telling me anything. I don’t want the car I want a full refund. Causing serious about of stress!! Don’t believe they are checked at all!!

NO customer service any longer only care about £££

For years I have taken my Nannie as a frat she’s 96 this yes and been informed cream tea is from 9-10:30am only now!! If I want to visit in the afternoon it’s £30 a head!!!! She’s 96 years old she can’t get up and moving that early!! Such a shame a small business has gotten to big and become money grabbing and NOT accommodating any longer!! Not difficult to serve just a scone and tea to an old lady and make her yearly tradition!! Shame on you!

Would give minis if I could!

Would give minis if I could! Been waiting 6 weeks for management to contact me!! Paid and teeth in worse condition than before!! I am not smiling that’s for sure! Promised touch up aligners lost the moulds twice!! Now not sending and refusing to refund me my money!! Absolute joke of a company avoid! Huge scam!!! “How can I make you smile today?” Refund my money!!!
About to to submit a small claim to court to get a refund as fed up of being ignored by then and want my money back! Huge dentist bike to fix issues from aligners too!
