I left delivery instructions, which were not followed by the driver. I stead of leaving my parcel behind my garden gate out of view, it was left on my doorstep in full view of the street.

The staff in the Cheltenham branch are absolutely fantastic unfortunately they are let down by the customer services team, and the fact that the track my order doesn't work. Been waiting for over 2 hrs for a call back, as who has over 2 hrs to sit on hold. I also submitted a query via the online form over a week ago and still no joy.

Fantastic store (Tewkesbury) always clean and welcoming. Superb range of products and always well stocked, staff always happy to go and look for a product if the shelf is empty.
Staff are always smiling and laughing which makes it all the more welcoming.

The chap i spoke with was fantastic,i had tried to do it online but got rejected hence why ii rang it had been a simple slip of the finger on my tablet. He rectified the mistake and within 5 minutes i had contents cover for less than £10 a month.

Unfortunately let down on delivery. Ordered on the 4th and arrived on 9th maybe use a different courier other than Royal Mail, tracked 48hrs just doesn't pay these days it was sat in Bristol for 48hrs which means it actually went past me and then had to come back again.

Still waiting on a parcel from M&S that was due to arrive 11/1/21, and despite leaving a note on more door to say leave parcels with a neighbour I still got home to find 2/3 parcels left on full view on my doorstep.
