Unusually, courier took three attempts at delivery though I was in every day. Supplies were fine thanks to the packaging Williams used even through the outer box had taken a beating, my supplies were tip top.

Mia Tui bags are so beautiful and so practical. Always a light, bright interior so you can find your things. I have several bags now and am contemplating buying another. Need to look at the clothing too.

Team that came to fit replacement double oven were brilliant. Arrived on time. Disconnected and removed the old one. New one in in a jiffy. Cleaned up after themselves. Even gave advice on running hot to get rid of new oven smell

Great variety of TVs to choose from. Wandered around looking at them and the picture quality while using the John Lewis App to get more details. Great combination of online in store. Staff got my purchase through quickly and we picked up from the collection point 20 mins later. Gave us the opportunity to explore the furniture section :-)

Absolutely great products. Tights that fit and don’t ladder - at least after 3 years of my oldest snag tights no ladder. The skirt is lovely and the leggings, well, fit and colour are superb.
