I was a bit hesitant to start with, never having dealt with this company but I need not have been. They were very responsive and even guided me away from something they easily could have sold! All of the team proved efficient, delightful to deal with and the delivery was made on-time by a very good firm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on this experience
The only reason I remain with this club is for the insurance products and even that is becoming marginal. The prices they now seek for sites is so high that it is encouraging me to seek alternatives. Such a shame as we have been members for over 35 years. At one time the club was run for its members but now it seems to be run for profit and cash flow. It is no longer value for money and there is better out there for the same price or less. Even overseas sites are often to be found for less! Crazy. It’s time this management team were replaced and the club get back to providing good service at reasonable prices. As for the new booking system…..good luck!

Asks to send personal information to “verify” order. I’ve never ever been asked to send pictures of my passport or similar along with the credit card. I refused ! Outrageous harvesting of personal information.

The test of any online business is the response from customer services to any question or issue. I have to say this company excels in this regard. Not only that, the flowers are of high quality and if properly cared for, will last a long time. It’s a competitive market out there but I have no hesitation in recommending this one!
Just be careful that what you get is what you ordered. Check it over! I was given the wrong item but didn’t realise until it was too late! Otherwise good.
Ordered product showing in stock only to be told later that it wasn’t. Promised delivery missed and no contact. Next promised delivery also missed and no contact. But customer service team were excellent and the subsequent order went without a hitch so I’ve updated my rating to reflect this.
