The platform is generally working well but I had an issue that has never been solved when a new client tried to book online sessions. First they were directed to the Nigerian website of Superprof (which I didn’t know existed) and I felt that I was left trying to sort the issue out myself. The IT department was not very responsive and didn’t provide any solution. The client tried again without success and gave up. I have lost two clients that way. So that was disappointing. It would be best if clients could contact the IT dept when they experience issues booking classes.
