This was our third tour with APT and disappointed this time to have not had an APT rep at the airport to meet us. Unable to contact the Vancouver office via phone or WhatsApp and spending a long time wandering around to see if rep was there and asking Airport Information to put out a message, we gave up and joined a long queue for a taxi. APT rang us back whilst in the taxi to arrange a driver! However, we were told to get a receipt and it would be reimbursed by our tour guide, which it was.

That aside, the tour went very smoothly, staying in some wonderful Fairmont hotels in Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec and Montréal and a Marriott at Niagara Falls.

Our tour guide , Lezli, was kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It was unfortunate that our driver did not speak much English so unable to form a rapport with him, unlike our other two tours.

A couple of Freedom of Choice activities offered were disappointing, but maybe there weren’t options to offer any better on this tour.

Overall we had a wonderful time. We were the only Brits with 21 Aussies but were made to feel welcome and included and made great friends.

We will have no hesitation in booking with APT again.

Brilliant price and exceptionally quick delivery. Thank you. However, my heart sinks when I see it is coming via Evri. Although very quick delivery, the courier did not ring and on your email to say it had been delivered it was stated that they had got no answer! Shame you use them.

Contacted Octopus Energy yesterday with a query about a Smart meter installation we have arranged. Very quickly responded to by Charlotte and query answered. Very happy with how easily resolved, and I do like being able to respond back to an email they send, rather than ‘do not reply to this email as it is not monitored’!

After a few good deliveries, this time back to usual rubbish courier. Did not ring bell, and very expensive item left outside in full view. I had to go down flights of stairs from my flat and struggle back upstairs with a large box (I’m 70). Not good enough Evri. Why big companies continue to use you is a mystery.

After a couple of good deliveries with a courier that rang our bell, this time parcel left in a completely different location and had to go on the hunt for it.
Back to rubbish Evri.

Get your courier to actually ring the doorbell instead of just leaving item outside a block of flats

After using Trailfinders to book a previous holiday to Canada, we had no hesitation in using them again. Charlotte was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

Delivery of order was quick. Unfortunately decided not to keep item and returned it to store. Was disappointed that refund was not made back to card in store and you have to wait as you would do if you had return it yourself via post. Why is this? Other shops return to payment card immediately.

As usual, no attempt to ring bell of flat and item left outside main door in full view.

Driver had trouble initially finding our apartment but he did ring and I was able to direct him. Very courteous.

I am fed up having to give you negative feedback on the same issue and nothing changes. The courier never rings our bell, and the first we know about the delivery is an email to say it has been delivered and left ‘in a safe place’. I do not consider a parcel left in full view outside is a safe location. Unfortunately lots of big companies use you, i.e M&S, which I think will eventually be to their detriment. When you were Hermes and during the pandemic we had a fantastic courier who couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous. A shame this can’t be said about the courier we are now lumbered with.

Excellent website and very good prices. However, why would you order a duo of the same product at a greater price (more than £3) than buying two of the individual product.

At last, extra deep fitted sheets that are deep enough to go over a mattress and topper. Most from high street stores are too small. Excellent quality and quick delivery. Thank you.
