Anyone publishing a first book - do some research and find another company. Very difficult to communicate with, offered little help. Your book needs to be 100% ready - no advisory offered. Be prepared to pay more with each call. For example, a copyright in the US costs $65. They charged $600 for US and a "Global" copyright which does not exist. Instead of using my email for the US Copyright, they used the email of another company who wanted more money from me - my book was not copyrighted. I am still trying to clean up this mess.

Great customer service from everyone I interacted with - i had a complicated issue

We ordered Christmas cards on 7 Dec - they were promised by 16 Dec - never arrived and customer service offered an apology and a refund - now I have to pivot quickly and pay much more for expedited creation and delivery - all at my cost. Their website offers 1-2 day delivery but they could not offer the same to me. but I will get my money back from them sometime next week - Never again -

The locations were really spectacular. Every hotel was really a luxury - the towns and the people were wonderful. We will miss the friendliest people!

From a customer perspective, the site is so cool, endless variety of images/products to chose.

From a designer perspective, I was deactivated with no reason given. After many messages asking why, their legal team said to look again at their policies, but I remain deactivated - Its cool but not so cool that I want to go guessing why my original benign art was offensive - There are lots of other options for creators.

I have purchased product from them and was excited to build a store with them and begin selling, but my store was deactivated the next day - repeated attempts to find out why went unanswered. I posted nothing controversial and only my own creations. Disappointing

Fabric is exactly as shown and delivery was very quick!
