Just fitted my new lenses for a pair of Oakley Holbrooks.  The customer service rep was fantastic.  After ordering and paying for the SFx Diamond BIO glasses at $69.95, she explained that these were a very dark lens and that the SFxUltra at $49.95 were a better like-for-like replacement for the Oakley Prizm.  She then organised a change of order and refunded the difference. I am super happy with the new lenses.  I put the new SFxUltra lens in one side and left the non-scratched prizm in the other just to compare- there is little to no difference.  The actual replacement/fitting process (which I was nervous about) was no issue at all.  It was Sunglass Hut that recommended these guys when I balked at the cost of new lenses via Oakley being almost the same price as new glasses  - I'm very happy I took up the referral!  Well done to a great Australian company that is offering a great service and product.

Outstanding dealings with Paul over an online query and order. Delivery was also very quick. We were first time buyers from Habitat and would definitely recommend.

After Ticketek's written acknowledgement that they owed a full refund, it took 6 weeks of pleasant communications which delivered nothing but frustration, and then they come up with payment just 48 hours after a complaint to Fair Trading. If you're chasing money from Ticketek, just flood Fair Trading with complaints. This might force Fair Trading to actually do something about Ticketek's behaviour. At the moment, Ticketek don't give a rats about customers due to their monopolistic position in respect of each event they secure for ticket sales - as customers, you have nowhere else to go.
