Delivery and build quality could be better

I didn’t start very well as delivery was longer than expected you stated next day it actually took 1 week and could of been longer if I hadn’t mailed yourselves the product itself was slightly disappointing as when I put the fan together via the instructions the gap between the blades was terrible and didn’t line up I had to drill out the holes that went over the motor bolts making it larger so the blade would sit flush and still not perfect but certainly a lot better

Thanks for the feedback. Maybe there was some confusion about the delivery date that we did not make clear. If we have it in stock in our UK warehouse then it is next working day delivery - if not then we state it will be 3-5 working days which is exactly how long it took for your order to be delivered.

I am surprised by your comment on the blades as they are usually the highest quality as we have had very few complaints after selling thousands of this model. We are more than happy to replace them if you would like to call our office to arrange it.

For a start your driver has lied he didn’t leave a card and just left the wine on the step to which it is on video to prove

Terrible service

The item I've got is wrong want to send it back but your warehouse insnt sending back you need to sit on phone for hours to your customer service and still no return terrible service even in these times
