Fantastic product, great customer service from start to finish. Very prompt delivery. My electrician was most impressed by the quality. Expensive but worth every penny

Very helpful in giving advice to ensure we bought the right ceiling fan for our bedroom.

I would give the customer service 4 stars in that they're responsive and the fact that the fan is stunning.

However, we had issues with the motor noise. It's clearly audible at the dead of night and sounds like scraping bearings. We asked Henley fan for advice and they were quick to send another motor. Unfortunately, the second motor was also slightly scratchy at the dead of night.

The response we got is that the manufacturer said "the noise is not a defect, it is the result of the pulse-width-modulated signal controlling the motor windings. It can not be stopped or decreased, some people with sensitive hearing abilities will hear it." Which is a bit insulting, because we both don't have sensitive hearing, quite the opposite! And thus feels like a classic manufacturing excuse that doesn't need to make customers happy.

Probably, okay in large rooms, but in a small bedroom during silent nights, probably a little annoying. Disappointing given the website clearly states" totally quiet" and "silent" which we felt was false advertising.

It's saving grace is it's gorgeous looking and customer service is very responsive.

I didn’t start very well as delivery was longer than expected you stated next day it actually took 1 week and could of been longer if I hadn’t mailed yourselves the product itself was slightly disappointing as when I put the fan together via the instructions the gap between the blades was terrible and didn’t line up I had to drill out the holes that went over the motor bolts making it larger so the blade would sit flush and still not perfect but certainly a lot better

Zephyr/Propeller

As soon as you open the box it's obvious these are well engineered kits. I found it easy to install with my diy skills. I've always wanted a ceiling fan but never saw the one I liked until I stumbled across the Zephyr range. Well I think it was meant to be.. absolutely love it. And just in time for a little heat wave of 27c and as we're still working in the room the fan has been installed in, it was a life saver! What an effortless, silent breeze. 10/10.

Great company, Great products and amazing staff.
My bed fan has lasted 8 and half years before finally giving up on me. It's been used all day every day not only at night but during day (keeps dog cool) and it's been faultless as has Henley fans when I ordered another.

Firstly thanks to Niki for all your help in choosing my fans. Purchased three fans, a zephyr, Falcon and seabird. Fans are now in situ and I am well pleased with them, as Niki said, they are extremally quiet and produce a pleasing breeze. I would have no hesitation in purchasing again from this company.

It has been a wholly pleasant experience to be a customer at the Henley Fan Company. Emails are promptly answered and challenges wrt international shipping were solved in a very good way. The product came well packaged, and assembly instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow. Product seems to be of very good quality, as expected, and blends well with the interior. I will definitely shop here again, should I need another fan.

Our Mr Ken ceiling fan has been a complete game changer for my partner and I’s sleep. We’re both very hot sleepers and this has been the only thing to actually improve our sleep quality out of all the things we’ve tried. It’s also beautifully designed with dark wood blades and a chic black metal top which fits perfectly with our home aesthetic, something which can be hard to find in ceiling fans as they can look a bit dated. We use ours year round every night, and in the day during the warmer months, and would highly recommend to everyone who wants to improve their quality of sleep and live.
