We had a fast response to our concerns about our heating and the need for a boiler check. On telling the lady on the phone we are both in our eighties and classed as vulnerable she managed to get an engineer to us in 2 days, which was a great relief. And for Carl the engineer to confirm our boiler was working perfectly was such a relief to us. Product is strong and robust, and easy to clean. It took our birds some time to figure it out as they were tapping on the upper layer and gave up after a while, but our robins quickly sussed it out and showed the other birds the way!

Bras were pretty and soft, but needed support inserts for more control. That’s why only 4 stars instead of 5.

Regular wine choices are normally good value, and it’s good to know I can complain about a particular wine and get replacements ( I have only had to do this once so far) or change my notified selection if I am not happy. And the Christmas gift of two good wines in the handsome wooden Happy Christmas case was received with enthusiastic thanks by the recipient! Please do these wooden cases again next year! My first choice sold out faster than I could order it!

I have already posted how helpful I found GTech and their customer service. And how I enjoy using my new AurRam machine. It’s light and easy to use, has good suction and easy to empty.
The front light is helpful, and you can use it in long pile rugs if you remove the brush bar as suggested when I rang to enquire about this,(but replace it for all other surfaces)

After a long wait we finally got our replacement smart meter and the young lady who fitted it was helpful and polite. The long wait due to change of fitting dates 3 times was mitigated by the payments to us from British Gas for the inconvenience..so hence the 4 star rating.
