Brilliant service! have used this company several times

I have used this company several times. All my cars and families car's get their wired dadhcams installed. Fantastic service each time. Never any damage to the car and everything is fully explained to you. They can't do enough to help you and will go over how to operate the cameras and the app as many times as you need them to. I won't use anyone else, highly recommend them.

Good Service Not used JD Sports to order online…

Not used JD Sports to order online before but. Have to say it was quick, easy and the delivery was squeaker than expected. I was informed every step of the way so I knew where my parcel was. Would use again.

Awful service

Awful service!
I appreciate it's a busy time but they don't answer their phones, take over 2 weeks to reply to your emails, if at all, and I have been trying to get my lawful refund for nearly 3 months.
This was the first and only time I have used them, never again. They are so unhelpful and I tried to be patient, like their emails always tell you to be but it gets you nowhere.

I have been trying to sort out my…

I have been trying to sort out my holiday booking for over 5 weeks now. As soon as they find out you cannot amend your booking for even more money, they don't get back to you. I have been trying to be patient but all I have had back is a one line e mail about them waiting for a response from the owner and then nothing. I understand that you are working in date order but I have seen people have their refund processed and their booking was first at least a week or two after mine.
I am a key worker at a school so I am still in work and have not got the time during the short few hours that the call centre is open nor can I keep bombarding you with e mails.

I trusted you when you said I did not need to e mail further about the matter. Clearly, that is not the case. I want a full refund as is my consumer rights due to the contract being 'frustrated ' and being null and void.

Please do NOT book with this company!

I would give no stars if possible

EDIT*** I replied as per the response to this but have got no reply or acknowledgement of my e mail. No one is answering the phones. Please can someone get back to me!
I would give no stars if possible. They are cashing in on the Corona virus situation. Myself and my husband are key workers that work at a school and they will only amend not refund . My son is takng his GCSE's next year so we can not change to another school holiday as a) my son is required to attend interventions in school and b) we do not know the holiday dates for next year. I have put some dates in and all of them require an additional £160-£335 plus on top of what we've paid and if you cancel you incur fees too. It's the first time I've used them and it will be the last. Book with them at you own risk. We saved all year to lose out on our holiday and lose our money too.
