I have been trying to sort out my holiday booking for over 5 weeks now. As soon as they find out you cannot amend your booking for even more money, they don't get back to you. I have been trying to be patient but all I have had back is a one line e mail about them waiting for a response from the owner and then nothing. I understand that you are working in date order but I have seen people have their refund processed and their booking was first at least a week or two after mine.
I am a key worker at a school so I am still in work and have not got the time during the short few hours that the call centre is open nor can I keep bombarding you with e mails.
I trusted you when you said I did not need to e mail further about the matter. Clearly, that is not the case. I want a full refund as is my consumer rights due to the contract being 'frustrated ' and being null and void.
Please do NOT book with this company!
