Review of Holiday Extras
In response to the message below why wasn't my £16 voucher redeemed in that case? So the advisor was misinformed!
I was tempted to choose this website's fast track service as it offered Blue Light discounts. I should have done my research in advance as I discovered that actually going through Stanstead Airport directly this service was cheaper with extras. So I cancelled the outbound booking and was offered a voucher. I decided to use the voucher on my return journey to contribute to the £30 fast track cost. Again I went through the Blue Light app and was shocked when I looked at my bank account that the full price was taken out. I tried to dispute this, spending the last day of my holiday trying to resolve. No resolution was offered, as I was informed that the voucher could not be used in conjunction with the Blue Light discount, must be in the small print, to add insult to injury the Blue Light discount wasn't applied either. I wasn't even offered a goodwill gesture or a refund to rebook with the voucher. An expensive mistake on my behalf, a miniscule amount of money for good customer service. I will use Stanstead Airport fast track from now on, so much cheaper than this organisation that purports to support key workers!

Easy to book and pay for an appointment, the guy who turned up was courteous, professional and very efficent. He did a brilliant job, even cleared a blocked down pipe. I would highly recommend.

Review of Litrobots
I would love to give out the return address but they will refuse to accept the item and give a refund. Go through credit debit card dispute.
I wrote a review back in November. Furious with the customer service and inability to get return address and fobbed off like other customers. So in January I asked my credit card company to dispute the transaction. The credit card company initially refused the dispute because I kept the robot vacuum. So I appealed and showed evidence that for two months I had tried to return the robot vacuum and I hadn't used it as I wasn't confident that the machine complied with UK standards, they then decided to pursue the funds. It took 45 days, I was initially sent emails threatening me with reporting me to the credit card company because I had kept the vacuum and they could prove it had been delivered and this could lead to a poor credit report!!! I was also offered a 30% then 40% discount on the item. I kept to my guns, then out of the blue I was asked to send photos of my unused and unopened robot vacuum. Then out of the blue I received shipping info to return the item to guess where, a huge warehouse in Leicester! Item returned at the cost of £14 as I wanted insurance and tracking. Credit card found in my favour and have received a full refund.
Review of Litroux
IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY PLEASE PASS ON TO TRADING STANDARDS UK AND CONTACT UK THE INTERNATIONAL CONSUMMER CENTRE TO COMPLAIN. I don't believe the 5* reviews as the reviewers only seem to have 1st and only posted review! stupidly purchased a robot vacuum cleaner from Litrobot, formely Litroux. I purchased the item because I believed it was a UK based company because of its co.uk url, it's not, I was also tempted by the sale and a supposedly independent review: pro-testing.org where it came top ( I don't quite believe this review as I have since discovered the email address of the reviewer does not exist) I regretted my purchase almost immediately having read further reviews and requested a cancellation within minutes through their customer service email address, there is no other contact details. I received an email days later stating the item was already dispatched and couldn't not be cancelled. I replied that I would refuse the delivery and was threatened with losing my money and being charged £40 for the return.
The website states delivery within 2-5 days, I received an email informing me that the delivery would be delayed. I received the package over two weeks later. I requested a return address because I now knew I was dealing with a company in China and unlike genuine Chinese imports through bonefide retailers I had no idea if this machine conformed to UK electrical standards. My numerous requests for a return address were fobbed off, I was told that it was very expensive for me to return the item which included custom/storage costs. They asked me to try the machine out as this would not effect my consumer rights and offered a 3% discount! My last correspondence was a request again for the return address and informed the company that I would be referring them to Trading Standards and would raise a dispute with my credit card. I have had no response since.

Bought a set of knives for a Christmas house warming present for my son and his partner, package arrived slightly damaged, had an immediate response and offered a generous discount. I would highly recommend this company for its superb customer service and the quality of its cookware.

Review of Network Rail - People & Leadership Development
Network Rail have felled a number of trees alongside the rail embankment in SE12 over the Easter holidays, despite it being nesting season and other animals producing young, such as fox cubs. Neighbours were not informed about the tree felling, only a notice of essential works to secure the embankment.
I believe that Network Rail have a commitment to 'managing lineside as an asset, improving communication with nearby communities and leading cultural change within Network Rail around valuing nature and the environment'. According to Network Rail's response to the Varley report, there is 'a suite of template notification letters and leaflets to ensure that lineside neighbours and stakeholders are kept updated both before and after work takes place to manage vegetation on the railway. Examples of best practice communication ... have been produced.' These may well have been 'shared with the route teams [to] set a clear and consistent standard for vegetation management communications' but they certainly haven't been employed here.
Not only were there bats, foxes, birds and other wildlife living in and around these trees, but the view from several houses on the street now goes straight through to the depot, which will be to the serious detriment of residents' wellbeing. I can't imagine the mindset that would deem it appropriate to undertake this kind of work without any consultation or at the very least notification of such an extreme step.
A number of neighbours have complained to the Network Rail executive, including the Biodiversity Manager and PR Manager, we were informed the trees were either dead or dying, yet photos taken at the time show healthy trees being felled. We have also contacted our local MP and Councillor. Trees are still being felled this week and we are yet to get a satisfactory answer as to how this devasting damage to this rich habitat will be offset. Ironically Lewisham Council are proposing to make this a nature trail.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
Review of Covéa Insurance plc
Review of Enterprise
Our road is used as a free car park for Enterprise vans, vans that should be securely parked in the Lewisham branch site. There are no parking restrictions on our residential road, so easy to park for free. 9 Enterprise vans were parked overnight over the weekend, hardly good for the pollution levels on a residential street, or for those residents that don't have off street parking.
Branch manager couldn't care less. Be interesting to know if their insurance company is aware that vans are parked off a secure site when not rented!
Review of The Modern Milkman

Review of Le Creuset UK
I treated myself to a complete set of Le Creuset Signature and pans to go with my new induction hob and kitchen. Products are amazing! I contacted customer services for advice on the frying pan and chef's pot I ordered, I can honestly say the customer service is absolutely outstanding. I bought 8 different items, money well spent!

Review of Deliveroo
I am self isolating, ordered a delivery from a supermarket, 4 items unavailable, damaged and mouldy box of coke delivered, one item missing. Appalling won't use again!
Review of Brookside Nursery
Superb. Ordered my plants in Feb. My order was due on different delivery days. Received a courtesy call to say they can organise delivery over 2 slots rather than 4 and would be on time for my Easter hols. I assumed wrongly my delivery would be cancelled due to the Corona virus. I was so surprised that my plants were delivered on time with perfect plants. Thank you, this has made my self isolation more bearable as I can spend my time gardening.

My shredder stopped working after 2years. Contacted the company directly. A replacement was sent without fuss as under a 3 year warranty, no fuss, no quibbles. So refreshing.
Review of Panasonic Uk
They don't care about customer safety!
I have a purchased a number of Panasonic items over the years and have been very happy with my purchases up until recently. I bought a inverter combi microwave in November 2018. Within 6 months the microwave tripped my electric circuit when the oven heated up. Panasonic repaired it under warranty, replacing the upper heater. I was assured the machine was safe and did not have a manufacturing fault! The same issue occurred again 7 months later. I asked for a refund or replacement as I believed this is a manufacturing fault and the item is not safe. I was refused, the Panasonic customer service advisor told me there was nothing he could do as the machine was 'out of warranty'. However, I was offered as a 'gesture of good will' a free inspection of the machine and subsequently a repair. Since this issue has been going on since January and only resolved this week I have since bought a John Lewis equivalent microwave and delighted with my purchase. Suffice to say I WILL not buy any Panasonic equipment again, they have lost a loyal customer
