Review of Parcelforce Worldwide
Ref PBIV5547323001 This parcel was collected on the 21/10/2022 National Hub, it arrived in Exeter on 22/10/2022 and was prepared for delivery straight away....... it is now Friday 28th and my parcel was apparently out for delivery but has been returned to depot! No card left, anyway we have been here all day. So, the earliest I will get it will be Monday 31st October, 10 days to deliver a parcel, what a joke Parcelforce are! To put it into perspective I ordered two tins of paint yesterday from Wood Finishes Direct Ltd and it arrived today, courtesy of Amazon Shipping!

Overall, the experience was good but there were three plants missing from the last tray of 40 plugs (Primrose Tinkerbells).one plug missing completely and two more devoid of a seedling. The rest of my order was fine, I will continue to recommend Brookside as their plug plants are the best available.

Review of Calor
This must be the most dishonest company in the UK! Despite numerous emails and phone calls requesting the return of the balance on our account of £355.00 they have not done so. We were forced to change supplier after 34 years as Calor had twice broken their contract concerning price rises and we could not get a gas delivery! Within a week of changing supplier we had a full tank of gas from Flogas!!! We cancelled our contract with Calor on the 19th April and to date (23rd June) we have not received OUR money!!!
Update 6th July. Despite the response below from Calor, we have still not received OUR £355 although we left Calor on the 3rd May. Do not trust this company with your money! Pay as you go!

After experiencing a slight error with my order I emailed OSGS and received a lightning reply from Lillian, the Customer Service Supervisor. She apologised for the error and arranged for an uplift and replacement, all completed without a hitch! I will definitely order from One Stop Grow Shop again! The inhouse delivery was first class, all packed securely on a pallet and the driver (Wayne) could not have been more helpful.
