Still waiting for a response from the 31st January about my missing items no response. I've sent a few emails and no response. I'm not happy

Ordered an iPad for my daughter in the black Friday deal half price . Got delivered in not safe place and was water logged. I rang for a replacement and they won't give me one just a refund..bit now the ipad is the double the price and they won't send it to me. ..I'm.withkut a Christmas present for my daughter now as saved up all year for this and they won't let.me have a replacement. I'm.deverstatedm I don't have the money to buy it at double the price and as a consumer they should replace it as its therr fault.

Nothing had changed. I followed thr course and more bloated than I was before and these products are for bloating and reduction. If anything I feel like I've put on weight. I do not rate these products. Have contacted skinny tox for a refund as I'm not satisfied at all. . Hopefully they will get back to.me.with a refund..to charge what they do.for products they have to.work..

Recieved my order and most of rhe items were missing, bit instead they sent mw a Yankee candle which i didn't order. I rang customer service and they are point blank refusing to refund me. This is illegal.

I'm trying to get a refund from temu as they have stated my order of 134 was delivered to my address but the photo that was taken to.prove delivery is not my address. How ia this fair.
If a company have not delivered items.to your address and made a mistake they should refund you !!!. Discusting. My family and friends all.ordr from temu, but won't be anymore. Be aware, if you don't recieved your package you will still have to pay !!!!!!

Didn't refund me foe an item I had missing in my order

Ordered a delivery of some perfumes and candles for my boyfriend and my mum for her birthday and Christmas. The bottle for my mum for her birthday was missing. I have messaged you 4 times and nothing back. I have escalated the issue to PayPal to get my money back . Terrible customer service.

Everi said they delivers the gun to my back door entrance. This wasn't the case.. everi explained the cost for replacement or refund is bang not them as they have insurance.. messages 5 times ans now out I'd pocket wirh no product. Taking this further

I placed an order on the 6th ..Hermes took a photo of the order outside my house where it was left... Not a safe place .. I live in the corner so easy to pinch ... The safe place is inside my porch !!. Contacted I saw it first 3 times and no reply ..I want a refund. I have contacted Hermes who told me to get it in touch with them but no reply since Saturday .. its now Wednesday !!!... Poor service. ..

I actually cannot believe this.. I ordered some items off you on next day delivery which I have signed up too. I recieve my parcel today and there are missing items in the package and your telling me you cannot replace the items or give me a refund.. this is ludicrous.!!. I am not paying for items that I have not received!!! what company does this?? I want answers and I want a replacement or a refund please..

ordered a chinese rug from very didnt get the order and a pair of jack.wills came Instead. rang very and they advised me.to send the leggings back with the delivery note and tell them.in the delivery note that the item.was wrong... I then.ordered some different pairs of.jeans out of 5 pairs only 3 arrived ... the others were not on the order.. I send the others back with the leggings a s now they are asking for.proof of return.even though the leggings were sent in the same.parcel. I spoke to.very before.i did this and they co formed this is what I needed to do.. guess what no.refund
