I actually cannot believe this!!!

I actually cannot believe this.. I ordered some items off you on next day delivery which I have signed up too. I recieve my parcel today and there are missing items in the package and your telling me you cannot replace the items or give me a refund.. this is ludicrous.!!. I am not paying for items that I have not received!!! what company does this?? I want answers and I want a replacement or a refund please..

I'm really sorry to hear you are missing items from your order, I'd love to get this sorted further for you but I will need a few more details from you to get this looked into.

Please could you reply to the message you will have received off Trustpilot requesting more information.

We will need either you email address or social media username from when you contacted our Customer Service team and once we have this we'll be able to see the full conversation you've had with our team to get this sorted for you.
