He is very professional but also friendly and approachable He knows the product very well so the whole experience from measuring to fitting our blinds was brilliant
Love the blinds and they are a perfect fit

From the quality of the designs and of course the taste, everything about these goodies is just wonderful. Also the packaging and speed of delivery

The people at Burns are very good with their help and advice. The delivery is very good and most of all "Chloe" loves the food and treats and because the food is obviously very tasty there is no waste and Chloe's digestive system is lots and lots better

Unfortunately we no longer have a WH Smith in our town so now have to shop on line with them. They are first class, everything easy to get to and delivery is really fast. They are a great company to deal with.

I was given a date and time as to when my parcel would be delivered and it never arrived when said. The issue I really have is that nowhere could I find out what had happened and when my goods would be delivered - it just kept saying the same date and time. It did arrive the following day but it would have been nice to be told when it was going to rescheduled for
