Great customer service. Received some incorrect items and the customer service team members were quick to reply, super friendly, and helpful in assisting me with returning the ones I received and reshipping what I needed instead. 10/10 experience.

Fantastic app, saved me TONS of time by finding me cancellations. Paid the extra £14 to get automatic bookings, and on two occasions it saved me literal months of waiting time (failed the first time so had to book another). Super happy with the app, highly recommend!!
Excellent products that my cats love and outstanding customer service, always quick to reply with friendly and helpful employees. Been subscribed for a while and on the rare occasion I've had an issue with the delivery, they've always sorted it for me with no fuss. 10/10 company.
My only feedback would be I wish there were more subscription options for how many pouches you get in one box, as I sometimes find that the largest option falls a bit short at the end of the month with my two cats but getting a second box would be way too many.

The customer service is superb, prices are great, the efficiency of the service from payment to finished product is very agreeable, and the quality of the product itself is excellent. I know this kinda sounds like a fake review, but I'm 100% telling the truth.
I felt like the employees cared about me as a customer and any potential concerns I had and always responded to my emails within a day, very polite and friendly.
I love my new glasses and I'm very happy I chose this company to reglaze them. I'm definitely recommending them to my partner as well who also needs his glasses reglazed, when I can convince him to part with his glasses for a week.

I know it sounds a bit corny as its the sort of thing companies just say, but your spot on because we really do care about our customer's and what they think of us, so it makes us really happy that you picked up on that.
Giving great customer service is not rocket science, so it genuinely surprises me with just how many companies get it so badly wrong. Its quite simple really, treat others how you would like to be treated , if you do that then your 99% of the way there.
The owners and management here are people pleasers at the end of the day and this is the main thing we look for in the staff that have joined our team over the years, if you are not customer focused then you won't be working at Lensology.
Anyway, didn't mean to use this reply as a Lensology "Mission Statement", I have gone off on a bit of a tangent there!
Regards your partners glasses, he does not need to be without his glasses for a week, if you get in touch with us and let us know what sort of lenses he needs then we can prepare them in advance, this way they can get glazed and sent back to you the same day, meaning he will only be without them for a couple of days, if you posted them to us on a Monday for example you could have them back finished by the Wednesday. This is something we can do in most situations, people just have to ask.

I've had this computer for about a week now. It arrived very well packaged and runs perfectly.
My only note is that it came pre-installed with Windows 10 Pro, despite my wish to not have Windows installed. I understand that it's probably required for them to have an operating system installed before shipping out, but I had to do a complete reinstall from USB anyway as my Windows key was for Home, not Pro. If the PCs do need to have an operating system installed before shipping out, I would have liked an option to choose Home instead of Pro, so I wouldn't have to do a reinstall and could just enter my key.
All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase and have not experienced any issues with the PC or monitor so far. I would definitely recommend PC Specialist to others looking into purchasing computers.
