2 weeks after receiving my order, I emailed the firm to say that I'd miscounted the vertical slats that I needed and could I order 2 more. I had an email reply saying that the 2 slats order is being processed..... without any cost implications to myself! That's what I call Superb Customer Service!

Leaders Floors/Trade , as a company, can be a little bit ' hit or miss', mainly due to being unable to get them to answer calls....but another time they'll answer swiftly and obligingly. After a fair bit of research into what laminate floor I wanted, it came in good time. If you want quality and easy-to-lay laminate, go for KRONOTEX which comes with the plastic strip on the narrow end of the panels. The plastic strips are vital for easy fitting. 👍

VERY VERY poor customer communications after telling us that our 3 week delivery date was cancelled on the day before expected delivery...and then tell us the item was no longer made! Despite numerous requests for replies to emails or phone calls, we received nothing at all. AWFUL service from a once-great company.

The service and delivery was fast but to charge £20 for delivery was a bit over priced IMO. Bit, I suppose if you want the goods, you have to pay the over the top charges. The product wasn't cheap either, but it was what I needed at the time

A very swift service. Once again delivery was within 48hrs of ordering. Excellent. This is the third order we've made with this firm and been equally impressed each time.

I placed my Order late one evening and my well-made door arrived within 30hrs, ready to hang.
It can't be any better than that, can it?

Ordered on-line and within 36hrs the well-packaged goods were on my doorstep. No hassle, no problems.

The laminate came when expected and the delivery driver ( not connected to Leaders Floors ) waited a few minutes for me to get home and receive the order.

Usually very professional in the way their staff work. Perhaps a few more smiles from the ' front of house ' sales staff wouldn't go a miss, but I don't know the work-load that they have, so you have to take that onboard.

Service was ok, speed of delivery was ok, the advice over the phone was ok. However, the cost for a sample of acrylic sheeting, which was a 10cm square sample ( inc postage ) was nearly a fiver, which I thought was a bit greedy as I was considering buying products from them anyway.
SimplyPlastics could always refund that £5 off your order, if one follows. That would be 5* treatment then.
