UPDATE TO ORGINAL MESSAGE ON WITHDRAWL

I tried to withdraw of my account to my bank, they decided I am not allowed to do that, if withdraw 40 pounds it all goes to PAYSAFE account which I used once with a voucher. So i was unable to cash out. They telling me where I can cash the money I won to money out to, I dont think so. also customer services is awful, they send you me a email about me trying to cash off, but when you reply, you just get a message saying the email is no longer available, so no way getting hold of them to resolve issues.

I also try use my account to speak to live chat that was unsuccessful as well they go on virtual person who directs to department you need to talk to, but then wait 15 minutes three times running in two days and nobody response,

And top of all that the reason they have no runners is because if you try buy in to a comp early it s geared to make you rebuy at lest three times before late reg to generate revenue, unless you are Brazilian then you win every pot and the board runs perfect every time. Which means Holdom can't be on this setup site, they say it is randomiser for cards as dealt that is also a lie, no wonder they have no runners anymore people would rather play a site that is not legiam than Pokerstars and they over charge for there services.

I ADVISE STRONGLY TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS SITE AND TILL IT IS SOLD or taken over by somebody else, it is so setup every hand is like 0.5 percent chance but no POKERSTARS I happens every other hand which is impossible if it wads a random cards.

Disappointed poker player who hates having his money robbed of him playing this site. If anyone wants me to show evidence of anything said I happy to send to them.

After me making the review they send the same message back again as my last review, no surprise there.

But chose to ignore the most important parts that there customer services is awful and not expectable, and that you are unable to get hold of them ever.

As I said STEER CLEAR OF USING THIS SITE THEY HAVE NO INTRESTED IN LOOKING AFTER THERE CUSTOMER OR RESOLVING ISSUE.

I will post this on FACEBOOK, INSTRGRAM and to general public as I am not satisfied with there automated reply.

Do Not Play Pokerstars you will be left disappointed and out of pocket…

I tried to withdraw tonight from my Pokerstars account and received a message which read as follows your withdrawl request has not been processed. please contact cashier email address further info, so I send email advising I received a email back saying that email is no longer active, please contact support, doesn't give a active email to use, nothing, just more disappointment, digusting services, there where better 15 years ago in every respect, I strongly advise you not to sign up to the setup site that is geared for you to rebuy numerous times, and if you play a Brazilian in any pot you will never win and the board will run perfect for them every time to win, that shows the site is setup.

They say it is a random generator on the flop how the cards come out, but that clearly a lie, advise strongly steer clear of this site.

Customer services is also awful and they charge the most to play as well.

Avoid like the plague, never play this site.

I will give it 1 star because that is the minimum.

They rip off in every respect, putting money on and taking money off when you have won, that is bad enough.

Customer service awful take three days to answer and then never deal with it send you a record message .

On the poker site itself it setup senecios on every hand, disappointing, even thou they claim it is a random flop (definitely not true), on each day that you play there 100 different ridiculous sceneries they are near impossible to happen when you play live.

I advise strongly never put a lot of money on this site ever.
It is disappointing ever since there where split between UK and Ireland and European it is not a site you can play as only Brazilian win every hand which is not possible unless is setup.

Delivery order not to use ever

I order a delivery, for groceries to my door 1 day ago. you have till 11pm that day to change the order, which i did not need to do.

So was due to received tonight between 18.30 and 11.30, at 13 25 i received a text to let me now my order has been despatched and was on route. but with a message attached saying sorry there are unavailable items, please check your emails for details, in the email it says that have substitutes instead, example Cumberland pie I order 3 they have sent Morrison Corn Beef hash what a piss take nothing like what I order and Daddiies sauce they have sent me HP sauce at double the price. This is third time it as happen to me and this will be last time, I will never use this servie again.

I phone to complain no interested in resolving my complaint.

I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER.

If you think of stock control, as soon as I or anybody else orders a item from there stock it should be removed from the stock and if there is no items left in the range, it should flag up and tell you when you order, this is not expectable to find out when the delivery has been dispatched, and having to pay for that pleasure.

I now have take time to go to town to buy these items. what a waste of time, and money.

O2 awful services all round

I am on my 5th call to them, been cut off 5 times when speaking to customer services, leave you on hold in the call then cut you off.

There whole customer service experience is awful and stressful, the reason for my call is simple.

I had a call from somebody saying they where from o2 of 07 number saying they would need to cancel my sims and send me a new one as o2 and Virgin Media had merged, so I said I would check it and call them back if this was correct which I think seams like a scam as they ask me to confirm my email which I refused.

So I then rang o2 to confirm this and on 5 calls never was given the answer by o2 customer services.

Services by o2 is disgusting and there network coverage is much better either.

I STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID SIGNING UP TO THIS NETWORK pick any other provider.

My last experience was a destarter…

My last experience was a destarter after saying my parcel was 10 minutes away. Even thou I was outside waiting , it come with a message we are unable to deliver you parcel please call and give info how you would like your parcel deliver and instructions, complained they make sure my parcel go to me the next day.

This time they made the experience of delivery my parcel no problems and cannot fault it.

So unlike most companies that made sure my experience this time was a joyful one talk about correct a mistake from last time.

Poor services again

Poor services again

My call to Virgin Media left me frustrated again, every time I phone up I receive poor customer services, lack of knowledge awful, had to wait 1 hour to get through to a manager to be able to resolve queries, which admittedly he did resolve.

Disgusting Pokerstars

This site is supposed to be regulated, but actually it is far from, for a year now play a hand against a Brazilian you will never win, in front or behind, boards run ridiculous perfect for them every time, break hands are all setups, the site is geared to make you rebuy all the time, no skill needed, miracles, advice strongly not to play this site, customer services awful, it is a pitty and understandable why less people choices to play this site anymore. and would rather play sites that even have there skins.

Disappointing that they let Canadians buy this site and run it into the ground.

I don't agree in being robbed by the poker site to make you keep rebutting to make them money and there guarantees.

Vodafone incompatenance

Hi consumers, me again, after posting two reviews about Vodafone, I have 13 calls from different people from Vodafone, and a reply from them I am still no further forward in regards to the awful service I am receiving from Vodafone in the way of communication and internet access, it goes down at least 100 times a day, and customer service is a disgrace, then will not even acknowledge there is a problem there says there is work in the area at the moment every time you talk to them, it is starting to effect my health a organisation as big as there are is so awful in every respect.

If you are thinking of having a…

If you are thinking of having a contract with Vodafone, for phone or mobile broadband, please please do not ever go with them, customer service is a joke and terrible, never ever resolve anything, service provided is probably the worst service ever, I have had a ongoing situation with them since December 2021 and to date is not resolved.

Phoning Vodafone is a start of nightmare, please never call them.

Also they got a credit company to chase me for a debt which I had paid two months previously, course me to end up with a terrible credit rating and they never resolved it to date, then end up issuing a 300 pound credit to my account, which is no compensation for all the hassle and heartache they have course me, still not resolved to this day, does this sound like a company you want to deal with.

They even allocated me with a Customer Manager for my account, that was just frustrating and waste of time nothing ever got resolved, emails backwards and forwards for nothing.

If this is a company you would like to deal with, good luck to you.

Look at the response from Vodafone they don't even care, what a waste of time Vodafone response is a disgrace and they should be struck off.

I am trying to receive a bank…

I am trying to receive a bank statements, for a bank acoount which I had with them for 1.5 years, which they closed.

I rang and spoke to customer service adviser, who informed me that he would send email, to fill in and I would need a picture of myself holding my ID to verify who I was, I done this on 06-01-2022, I received another email saying they received and would be in touch, I then phone 5 times to customer service again to my horror, they are unable to transfer the call or email or advise on what is happening, so I then realise that I am dealing with really bad company policy, I also chase through email to three different people, who have literally done nothing, they keep sending emails to say we are sorry and that they have escalated the situation, to head office and relevant department but in truth they nothing, I even received a email today 25-1-2022 saying the same and due to that department being extremely busy they should be in contact with me in next few working days, which to be honest is now starting to annoy me and it feels like they are never going to resolve this simple issue.

Customer services for this company is aembarrassment and non functional, no help at-tall.

I strongly advise if you ever thinking of banking with this bank, to look elsewhere.

Disappointed to the point I would never…use Argos again

Disappointed to the point I would never use Argos again, I bought LG TV and ariel for a friend, deliver them to him, ariel never worked so unable to set up tv.

So I received back from friend, tried to return the tv back 4 days later, to the Reading store, my goods were refuse as a return due to fingermarks on the goods, so I return home with the goods, opened again to find that they had not put back the plug charger, so I ran customer service manager and explained to them what at happened, he was not going to help me, but eventually rang the store and spoke to the manager who I quote, said yes he has the charger that the customer left behind, even thou they re-packed it.I was then given two options pick it up from store or have it sent to me, I decided to collect, I then wrote many letters to head office including the CEO, who didn't help or except how badly they had treated there customer and in the end told me if wasn't happy to get legal advice.

So my advice if you going to buy any electrical goods do not buy them from Argos, look else where.

Look at the reply from Argos, don't care about their customers, is this some one you which to deal with.

Disgusting customer service

It has taken offer two weeks now (6 emails back to back) spoke to live chat 10 times, no help at all, even logged my complaint with Resolver, even that is no help. Customer services and live chat refused to escalate the problem to a Superviser or Manager, and refuse to help, I would never use this site again, and I don't recommend anybody else to.

I bank with a Mastercard company, Party Poke rare happy to for me deposit of this card but have no method of withdrawing to it which means you are unable to get your funds off when you win. If you want to use one of there other methods you have deposit first and then wait a week before you can withdraw to it.(PayPal example).

In there policy for withdrawing it clearly states the following

You can only withdraw onto the card that you used to deposit with.

but no way of doing that
