I am not a member as yet of Jack's, but after reading some notes on ABTA and ATOL companies which was on Jack's website, I followed with an email. I asked specifically about a company we were looking to book a pretty big tour with, who weren't either of the above. They went out their way to check up on the company and gave us enough assurances for us to reconsider booking with the company. All within 24 hours of my request. Thank you so much. Really appreciated.

Bought both socks and boxers for my 44 year old son for the second time, as he had told me the first boxers and socks I had bought for him were the most comfortable he had ever tried and that's after many washes.

Ordered a gift for Christmas. Advised it had been delivered, but it never was. Emails are returned, unknown address. Used their online contact page to send a message, still nothing back from then. A total scam. Beware!

Package was delayed twice and sadly didn't reach the recipient on time for her birthday. But it was delivered and all was well. At least you keep us in communication, but still disappointed it didn't arrive as scheduled.

Ordering on line, product description, value of goods and payment all quite easy to find and do.

Arrived as advised and very helpful bringing large parcel into the house as it was heavy.

Love Tropic. Use many different products from shampoo to sun cream. Can't fault it. The skincare products are excellent and last really well. Very happy customer.

A truly great learning experience. As a 63 year old going back into the world of learning, it was a bit of a shock, but the online support and time given to work through the course, suited me just fine. I'm not a fast learner, but the course gave me much more confidence than I expected. I took my time to learn and to answer the questions and the feedback proved invaluable. Thank you to the team who worked with me and especially to Georgina on Assessment Day who was there with me throughout the whole day with emails and support. Chuffed to bits I passed.
