I am new to LFF. I am a senior citizen who likes to use a blue shadow which has been very difficult to find lately or too shiny. My two new shadows are perfect and blend easily on to my eyelid, and stay matte all day. My new blusher is also great, going on as a cream but drying matte. I think all the marketing is excellent with helpful advice on applying the make up. I will be trying other products under this brand.

Another two good buys from Roman. Love my waterfall cardigans to join my two others so plenty of colour choice now. Very lightweight and comfortable for the warmer months. Great choice of clothes at good prices.

I have been using Evri since living in Northampton for the last five years. As long as I can remember it has been Craig doing the deliveries. He is always the same - on time, very pleasant but always delivering as safely and quickly as he can to get to his next delivery on time. I have read of others having trouble, but for me the service and Craig are spot on.

I have received several Roman dresses or tops over the last few weeks. I have been happy with every one and did not want to return or exchange anything. I think Roman have a very extensive range of reasonably priced items, they arrived quickly and packaging has been excellent. Have recommended to others.

I have always been satisfied with Hermes deliveries. Parcels arrive in good condition and personnel are friendly. It would be useful to be advised of expected delivery time in a little more detail, e.g. morning or afternoon, to avoid possibly having to spend the whole day inside my house in order to be sure to hear the doorbell. This does happen with some other couriers.

Generally happy with Hermes delivery. It would be good to be given an idea of the time of expected delivery, I,e. even morning or afternoon would help. Otherwise I have to stay inside the house so that I hear doorbell and this can be most of the day.

I have now purchased a few books from World of Books and have been impressed by the quality of the service. The prices are excellent value for books in very good condition and arrive so quickly even in these difficult COVID times.
