Review of The Tree Center
I canceled a subscription months ago, but they kept charging me. I disputed the charges with my bank and won. They still continued to charge me. I emailed their support that said I need to cancel again but their website isn't working. I'll have to keep disputing the charges with my bank
Review of SK-II US
This is a scam company. I ordered for over $400 during Mother’s Day sale. They cancelled my order without an explanation. I called them twice and didn’t receive an explanation of what happened. They promised to follow up with email which never happened. On the second call they told me to order again and to call them afterwards to receive a partial refund and gifts to match the Mother’s Day Sale. I thought that sounded shady, but I did what they told me to do. I placed the order, called them again but sure enough they refused the partial refund and gifts they promised before and refused to cancel the shipment. Now they want me to receive the package and send it back to them. Right, as if they haven’t waisted do much of my time already. Stay away!
Review of FaceGym
I activated my membership with FaceGym sometime early 2024. After a few months I needed to take a break and asked them to freeze my membership in Oct 2024 which was allowed by their terms of service. They took me through hell. I asked to cancel at the studio, they told me I needed to send an email. I emailed them, they said I needed to fill out a form. I filled out a form but didn’t get a response for days. Eventually, I got sick of this back and forth and sent them an email on Oct 3, 2024, requesting to cancel my membership altogether.
Two months later, in Dec 2024, I decided to give FaceGym another chance and activated a new membership. Before activating the new membership, I logged in to my FaceGym account to make sure I didn’t have a membership. FaceGym never responded to my Oct 3, 2024 email, so I wanted to be sure. No membership was showing on my FaceGym account in Dec 2024, so I activated a new membership.
In Jan 2025 I got two consecutive charges from FaceGym of on Jan 19 and 22. Turned out FaceGym activated the new membership while also reactivating the old one without my knowledge and started double charging me. I checked Dec 2024 charges and realized they charged me twice in Dec also.
I tried to reason with them and asked for refunds, but they’ve been rude and difficult and basically told me that double charges are in line with their policies. How can that be the case though? How can a person have TWO memberships at the same Gym? Why did their system even allowed me to start a new membership if I supposedly had a membership already?
This is clearly a scam. I refuse to support their illegal activity and will not be going to their Gym any further and request to refund the Dec 2024 and two Jan 2025 charges. I did go to their Gym once in December, so I’m only requesting one refund for December (the duplicate one), not both.
Review of WebsitePolicies
The website is buggy. I emailed their support team within less than an hour after I purchased the service asking for a refund. They didn't respond. A few weeks later I disputed the charge. A few days later I received an insulting email claiming that they did not receive any communication from me about these "ALLEGED errors" and saying that I missed the "7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy". They also requested that I cancel the chargeback IMMEDIATELY and accused me of initiating a dispute with false claims.
UPDATE: I’ve already sent them a screenshot of the email I was referring to in my initial review but they haven’t responded to that one also. Guys, no one has to follow up with you. You should just respond to emails. It’s not that difficult 🤦♀️

Review of Pearl Lemon Leads
I found them on google as the "Best Per Lead Service". Thant's exactly what they say on their website. I scheduled a call, the rep didn't show, and then they told me they don't even do pay per lead. Such a waste of time
Review of CIENCE
Any interaction with this company is a joke. I reached out to them because I was looking for a lead generation agency for my b2b offer. They did a poor research and assumed I was looking for b2c leads, so it started with a pointless email exchange and me having to explain what I was looking for over and over again. Then their sales rep didn't show up to the call they scheduled with me. I had to send him a reminder. When he finally showed up he was unprepared and wasn't able to explain what they did as a company. Both people I talked to (over email and zoom) were not from the US and their English was intermediate at best (I would not want my brand to be represented like that). I'm glad I found these reviews before going into a campaign with them
Review of Asapty
They claim to run Apple Search Ads, but they don't know what they are doing. Ads that they set up were not getting any impressions on Apple. We introduced Asapty to our Apple manager. Apple manager reviewed the campaigns and explained to Asapty what was set up incorrectly. Asapty ignored the advice claiming that they knew better. The campaigns continued to get no impressions. For the first tree weeks Asapty was apologizing for the poor performance blaming Apple and algorithm. Then they just checked out. For the remaining 3 weeks of the service they stopped sending updates, refused to communicate with the Apple manager, ignored our messages, missed calls, etc. They refused a refund either.

Not as pictured on the website. The bouquet they sent was half he size compared to the photo on he website. I paid $172 and received a tiny bouquet that costs $20 in whole foods

Review of Dyson US
I bought a humidifier less than two weeks ago. Humidifier broke immediately. I’ve spent hours on the phone with support (you have to wait in line for over 40 min to speak to a representative). I messaged on WhatsApp multiple times. I emailed multiple times. Dyson representatives promised to arrange a pickup of the broken item multiple times. Every time they say the confirmation email will arrive in 24-48 hours but it never does! I have to contact them again and they start the whole process from scratch, asking me questions for hours, finally promise to arrange the pickup and then again…NOTHING!
Review of Rove Concepts
I ordered a couch at Rove Concepts. It got delivered but the dimensions of the box turned out to be bigger than the dimensions stated on the website (the website dimensions: 98.4 x 40 x 31.5; actual dimensions in a box: 100 x 42 x 43). The fact that actual dimensions were bigger than the couch dimensions wasn’t communicated to me.
The box didn’t fit in my elevator so I couldn’t accept the delivery. This was totally Rove Concepts’ fault since they should have communicated to me that the box’s dimensions were bigger than the dimensions shown on the website.
The next day I found a service that could disassemble the couch downstairs, take it part by part upstairs and assemble it again, so I contacted Rove Concepts and asked them to redeliver. They charged me extra but failed to schedule delivery.
It had been a long back and forth with Rove Concepts and their shipping company GoBolt. Rove Concepts said I should schedule the delivery directly with GoBolt. I did. GoBolt scheduled the delivery but didn’t show up. I had been calling and emailing both companies but they kept pointing fingers at each other instead of going through with the delivery. I tried to do everything I could with both companies but when all my attempts failed I had to call my bank and dispute the transaction.
On a separate note - their furniture doesn't look anything like photos on their website. Just google Milo Sleeper Sofa to see photos perfect for expectation vs reality memes.

Review of Cynthia Rowley
I purchased a dress with an option to try before I buy it. The dress came looking super cheap. The material was of a very low quality and honestly the dress just looked ugly. I sent it back the next day and it was delivered to them promptly. Nevertheless, a couple of weeks later they charged me. I contacted their support several times but was ignored. I've disputed this transaction with my bank and will never buy anything from this merchant again
Review of ABC Legal Services
Such a mess. I uploaded my documents. Instead of serving my documents they substituted them with someone else’s documents (that had nothing to do with my case) and tried to serve them to my defendant. I’ve noticed these strange changes on my account and immediately messaged them asking to fix this. Their customer service took their time to respond. They didn’t even bother to check what was going on, sent me a general message and disappeared again. My service has been paused, I have no idea what’s going on and when my documents will be served. Also - I’m in possession of someone else’s confidential documents that their client support casually emailed me without making sure I was the owner of the documents. This makes me wonder who might be in possession of my confidential documents

Review of Avvo
Don't trust their ratings! Low quality website that doesn't allow honest negative reviews about lawyers. Their Better Business Bureau rating is F (the lowest possible rating) and they fail to respond to complaints submitted through Better Business Bureau. If you're trying to find a lawyer and want to see real reviews, look elsewhere. Like many other people said here - Avvo is a scam.
