No response from zoo plus at all

My mistake as we'd moved,the delivery address defaulted to the old address.
Within minutes I attempted to cancel the order. Site said it was being packed and could not be cancelled.
I messaged them to ask if they could amend the delivery address, I had no response at all.
Received notice from DHL that the order will be delivered tomorrow,,30 miles from here.

Boom Bang Bits Everywhere

One of the lights exploded.
I'd arranged to return for a refund, they sent me a Yodel return lable, for use at the nearest Yodel agent 3 miles away. I'm housebound due to part of my right foot being amputated.
I asked if the parcel could be collected from my home.
A big fat NO was there reply

I wish I could post a photograph of the light so that people could see how dangerous they really are.

I think I was lucky as the faulty light was screwed to a wooden shed.

Terrible customer service

I've recently bought a Rolson 12" hacksaw from B&M It's exclusively available from them.
There was a blade missing, only 2 supplied and not the 3 as shown on the packaging.
I emailed Rolson and it's been totally ignored' it's certainly not good customer service.
That will teach me to buy Rolson rubbish in the future

And no I would not recommend this company.

One of the best sellers of gardening needs

I've not really used Marshalls a lot, but the service received so far has been superb.

Decent prices and speedy service.

I can't yet comment on live plants as I've still yet to buy them, but I do have confidence that they will be first class.

Did not ring the bell or knock the door to let us know it had been delivered.

Superb food at reasonable cost.

Superb food at reasonable cost.
It's always been delivered quickly too.
I just wish Purina would make it more obvious at check out that there are vouchers available, I keep forgetting to add them ( I am blonde and senior) my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
All in all a brilliant company to buy cat food from.

I want my refund

I was overcharged by Amazon seller The Galaxy Way
(over £18 p&p) for free delivery. I am a prime member.
I've spent hours writing emails to Amazon and the seller I've spent a lot of time on IM to Amazon.
Both the seller and Amazon have used delaying tactics
I now have to wait another 3 days before Amazon opens a case.
I just want my refund, which technically was stolen from me.

I thought it would only be fair to write a better review.
Long story short. they sent the wrong item. it did take them 2 days to respond, but they sent the correct item out within 24 hours.
I cannot fault them for that action

At the speed of light

I'd already bought 2023's calendar and it got my niece interested in Rodney Matthew's art work.
I thought I'd treat my neice to the latest calendar.
It was ordered and paid for on line with no problems
from the web site.
In less than 24 hours the calendar was safely delivered
That is typical of Rodney and Sarah's customer service.

Jollyes failed badly

Jollyes failed badly on my latest (and last) delivery.
I had free delivery and they sent it by Evri (Hermes).
I had no notification of it leaving or an estimated delivery time,
I used the chat to contact someone who couldn't have cared less.
That was the last time I'll use this company .
If I could give a zero star rating I would.

Not eeryone has a smart phone

When applying for insurance, it doesn't state you mush have a smart phone to get the app.
I am one of the few people who do not have a smart phone.
Without the app, it seems I wouldn't be able to make a claim should I need to.

A fantastic company to buy from

I ordered a cooker for delivery, unfortunately the delivery address defaulted to my paypal account address.
Hughes couldn't amend the address, but suggested I cancel the order.
Order cancelled. paypal refund the same day.
Second attempt at ordering was successful and the cooker was delivered yesterday.
The two delivery guys could not have been more helpful.
I really can recommend Hughes.
