Yesterday I just happened to look out…

Yesterday I just happened to look out the window at the right time, I
saw a young woman walking up my path with a parcel, yes it was Sunday
but sometimes they do deliver on a Sunday.
I left it till I saw her walk away and go to her car, when I looked in
the porch there was nothing there, luckily she hadn't left and I
called her, she said she had put the parcel in my bin.
I said, "Why in the bin and not the porch?" she replied, "I don't open
people's doors," I said, "Surely it is better to leave it in the porch
than a bin, I mean I might not look in the bin and leave it out for
collection."
Again she said, "I don't open people's doors." I said, "I bet lots of
people you deliver have parcels missing because you put them in the
bin." she just walked away.
This was 'Evri' delivery company, she is not the normal one I get as
the others all leave parcels in the porch, also if she was to carry on
that practice at least leave a card to say, 'Parcel in the bin' but
nothing was left.

Looking in my bank statements every…

Looking in my bank statements every month there is £4.99 taken out of my bank for Digitiselabs, when I check my PaPal that ammount is for different items I've bought. Please explain what that payment is?

I got a reply asking for a voucher code, there isn't a code it is a payment taken out every month from my bank account, it isn't for any item I have bought.

I just got a reminder to 'Redeem' a…

I just got a reminder to 'Redeem' a purchase, well I had already redeemed it and luckily I took a screenshot which I do everytime now. Only thing is if they haven't got my redeem I might not get my delivery.
Also I have a few things still waiting for, then when I complain they want me to verify on here I have actually bought it, have they no records of these things?

The New Lobby

I've been a member of Mecca for many years, lately they have introduced a new lobby where the bingo games are played. OK so its a new layout, give it a chance you may say, well I did and in my opnion its terrible. At the moment you have the option to go back to the original layout, which I did.
When I went on the original lots and I mean lots of players were all complaining about this new layout, a lot saying when it gets made perminant they will leave, I too am in the same mind, why suffer on there playing on a site that isn't working properly and not liking it.
I sent in an email complaining, I hope many more do as if only a few complain they won't take any notice and you will be stuck with it.
So I hope Mecca read this along with other players and do send in your complaints instead of just moaning on the site.

I bought a FitPro Bluetoth Fitness…

I bought a FitPro Bluetoth Fitness Tracker watch for my daughter's birthday. it finally arrived but no instructions, so a present was ruined.
Has anyone else got one and can tell me how to charge it up and switch in on please?
I'm going to stop buying from these people.

Came back to add, I found out how to charge it, I went on YouTube and saw a couple of videos.
Thing is withouth the instructions you would never know, as you had to pull the strap off to get to the charging points.

I not long got an email asking for more details of my purchase, 'Just to make sure I'm telling the truth'
I had this when I never received the laptop I was waiting ages for, then when I sent the details it arrived a few days later.
Well I found the answer to my question of the above as I already stated so why do they want details.
I have a few more things waiting to arriove then that will be my last from them.

I would like to add a couple of…

I would like to add a couple of comments, I bought a laptop and after a long wait I had to email them about it not being delivered, after I did that it turned up.
Going on from that the things I would like to add is:
No need for the redeem method, why not include the delivery in the price then that's it, all done.

Also the delivery needs a good shake up, I have only once got a quick delivery, everything else takes a long time, I'm still waiting for things to arrive.

These things make me look elsewhere, and on certain items I've found cheaper and got them delivered quicker.

Can someone expain whar the redeem…

Can someone expain whar the redeem voucher is please?
I just got one and done it but not sure if I have got some kind of refund or bought the same item at a lower price?
It isn't clear what it is properly.

Edited: I just received email saying I bought the item so looks like I bought it twice, also another problem, I paid with PayPal and selected it to go to my daughter's address, in the email it says it is coming to mine, so had to email them asking for the change, not heard back yet.

I want to buy something else but still…

I want to buy something else but still waiting for a delivery from 25th July, this is putting me off ordering.
Others saying they got quick delivery, it is annoying.

Came back to add: after 20 days August 15th, I finally got the laptop, it took me to contact DE vis eamil to chase it up or I doubt I still would be waiting.
No idea why it was delayed, perhaps not DE's fault but the delivery department, it came via normal post not a delivery company.

I bought the product via PayPal, the website was a bit complicated, in the end I had to register with details: address and phone number, got code sent to phone to be verified, all complete. in my account it said I had bought the product but how do I get it, is it a DVD disk or a download, if its a download how do I do it, I'm going round in circles?

I bought and ordered a laptop July…

I bought and ordered a laptop July 27th, Cost £79.99 still not arrived, I have a screenshot of the purchase as well.
Had no communication from them as to if its out for delivery or anything. Yest I see other comments saying fast delivery etc.

My first time ordering from these…

My first time ordering from these people online.
I have leaflet that states if I enter a code it is 50% off.
I odered a simple pizza for £9.99, I could not find anywhere to input the code, I bought it anyway.
when I paid the bill was £20.
I pointed it out to the driver he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
I phoned them up tried to expain to the guy and he just hung up.
So am I going to oder from them again...Like hell I will.

We keep seeing in the chat players been…

We keep seeing in the chat players been on months and never won, they get told its random and all luck.
Well yes it is to a certain extent but also Mecca is linked to 2 sister sites all playing the same game.
So 3 times the amount of players to each game narrowing the odds, a lot don't know that.
Also if you are members of those other sister sites you can buy 3 times the tickets, making it unfair to players who are unaware of this. Mecca know about it and allow it.

Last night I played a free game on Tombola, 1st time I have seen a free game on there. I have often posted to have more free games as I also think it would encourage more players, everyone likes a free game.
The 5 free games last night though I must saw with 17042 players was a bit OTT, for a £100 house win.
Yes I know someone has to win but the odd on that was too great in my opinion.

I haven't been on Lucky Pants for a while, I recently visited and went to deposit, I saw my old bank card number so went to change it. I got an error saying couldn't be done try again, I tried 3 times making sure details were correct. Looked on 'support' and clicked on the things listed but nowhere could I access Live chat it was sending me in circles. So I went on a bingo game to ask a chat host, well no host. so asked in the room, no reply from palyers, after another try to contact support went back to chat room, someone had replies saying contact live chat, well I told them I had tried but no luck, I asked where the chat hosts were, someone said, none since this afternnoon, I then asked for a phone number, no reply for 90 people in the chat list. so I will just have to try tomorrow see if there is someone who can help. What a mess,

Told to keep chat positive.
When I/we are in the chat if anyone posts about something that troubles them about a game or a promotion etc and others join in agreement, we are told to keep the chat positive.
I understand some players just gripe about anything but when there is a consensus and a few all state the same thing we are told to change the subject.
If we email our concerns nothing changes so we have two options stay and put up with it or leave.
So if we leave the same thing is happening on other sites, 'Keep it positive' is the theme, if we contact Gambling Commission that too is a waste, they are not interested, makes me wonder what they actually do. I like to play and I like to chat but if I have a point to make I don't like being treated like a schoolkid, I don't moan much but if I see something that needs looking at I vent my respectfully feelings.
We are encouraged to gamble in a sneaky way by asking us to deposit and play to get something FREE. One of the latest ones is 'Deposit £10 and play £50 to get free spins' so where does the other £40 come from and for the FREE spins you are playing £50 which is a lot of money. When I asked about it there was no answer, other players either laughed but some did agree with me. My remedy is I just don't play that kind of money and I don't play as much, but some play for longer periods and lose a lot of money, then if they say anything about that get told about safe gambling, but they were encouraged to play like that in the first place.

My daughter just phoned to say DPD left…

My daughter just phoned to say DPD left a message to say they tried to deliver but got no answer then sent a photo. Well guess what, it was the wrong house, not only wrong house but wrong road, my daughter phoned an asked if he could call back but was told it will be tomorrow now, sorry about that.

Well that would OK normally but the delivery was something for her son who has ADHD and he won't understand that.

I play on a few online bigo sites and all of them post the same type of thing like: Deposit and Play £10 and get xxx number od FREE spins. Or Stake £10 and get free spins on any game you choose. Any many more similar posts.
So to me they say free spins but in a round a bout way you are paying for them. Yes you may win on the spins but out of how many win comapred the the ones who lose, the wbsite is on a winner plus enticing players to gamble.

I have been blcked by a couple of…

I have been blcked by a couple of members for reasons unknown to me. When I asked in the chat if anyone knew why I was told to move on by the Chat Star.
I asked why when as far as I know I have done nothing wrong, what would he do if someone blocked him would he like to know why as well. He said just move on we don't want any trouble.
So fair enough, I moved on, but that made me think, if a player blocks another perhaps they should give a reason why when blocking. After all it might be something said that was taken the wrong way and a simple apology would rectify it. I know the players who have blocked me and one in particlular has always been a friend, so what have I done, if it was something said well it more than likely was misunderstood.

I have a Nectar card but lost it a…

I have a Nectar card but lost it a while ago, so I go online and it asks for the number on the card, well I don't have it as it got lost.
the other option is to say I don't have a card, so then I have to register, I go through all the questions thenat the end I got a a page saying there was an error with my regsitration, so then I'm back ant the begining to start all over again, WHY?
Why are these websites so frustrating, instead of directing me to the part where there seems is an error I'm back to do it all over again.
