Who r they

Who r they ? They set up a DD in my account and the first I new about it was when they tried taking the money out for the DD, I had no idea who they were or wot it was for so I counselled it straight away now I have had 2 letters about it not being paid with a demand to pay it and charges on top and if I don’t pay it I’d of defaulted 🤬 I’ve tried calling but can’t get to speak to anyone how they got my address and bank details is beyond me because I no I didn’t sign up to anything with them
