Do not use Evri!

Do not use Evri!

I have been waiting for a parcel to arrive for 3 days now. The seller is 20 minutes away from me but couldn't arrange collection as he was away for the week. He is due home tomorrow and I still haven't received my parcel.

The parcel has been out for delivery twice but delivered neither times (to a Parcel Shop, so there's no excuse) and now it won't even give me anymore information. I can't get in touch with a real person from customer service. Logged a ticket it in close to 72 hours ago and was told I should receive a response in 24 hours or less.

This is disgusting customer service. Please save your buyers, or whoever you're sending a package to, a lot of headaches and go with someone other than Evri.

Never disappointed!

Every time I order from Magic Madhouse, I'm never disappointed!

I've ordered a few times now and the card packs usually arrive pretty quickly and in great condition! Will be continuing to order from Magic Madhouse in the future

Monzo are incredible

Monzo are incredible. They are available to talk to for assistance instantly and are no fuss at all. Any issues? I drop them a message and within a couple of minutes to an hour or so, I'm chatting with somebody who gives me all the information I need right away. They care about their customers and want to do what it takes to make sure you're taken care of!
