We cancelled our order as the bistro suite we ordered was delayed postponed from July to September
With no guarantee of delivery ,so we cancelled our order following a phone call from the company we reaffirmed our wish to cancel , as our elderly status was against us . We were promised a refund , that could take a week to 10 days .
We have now requested monies to be repaid on two separate occasions, with reasoning that it was an oversight a glitch ??????
Whilst we do take a reasonable view on circumstances that goods are harder to transport etc
Our consumer rights cannot be ignored

From ordering to delivery the process was so easy .Regular updates on processing and despatch the plants were suitably packed to protect and guarantee a great plant on arrival
