I was wanting to get back in to RC Cars after a 15 year break .
I spoke to Mike with regards to what car would suit me as I had several options that I had looked at on the website .

I am very happy with the MJX Hyper Go 16207 RC Car 1/16 Off Road Brushless 3S Version .

The car came within two days of putting the order in . I would recommend Serious RC thanks so much .

Well packaged with cleaning cloth , good quality and looks really good .

My road was shut due to resurfacing so the driver had to walk up to my house to deliver the parcel .

I was very impressed as some delivery companies have just emailed to say that the parcel was undeliverable.

I purchased my third Racket from all things and I cannot rate the service highly enough .

I was in contact with Molly who is just fantastic , she is really helpful and replies to questions straightaway .

All things tennis offer good value for money and good delivery times .

I made a follow up email with regards to a Rolex I am waiting /hoping for my 50th Birthday .

Rachel called me and was she was really informative updating me with the current situation. She was really friendly and understanding and nothing was too much trouble .
It was nice to get some feedback and to be updated made me feel really reassured and I look forward to meeting her in person when I can pop into the Mcr Store . She is a credit to Robinson’s and I would like to thanks her for her help and support .

Visited the Trafford Store and spoke to Deano about a Rolex watch . We were given a lovely welcome and drinks when we sat down .

Deano was a really friendly guy , easy to talk to and no pushy sales . He was genuinely interested in me wanting to purchase the watch.
He was honest with the information he gave and was knowledgable about the watches .

It was such a nice experience and hopefully I will be able to purchase my dream watch in the future .

I called the Wilmslow Store and made an appointment with Isabella .
I am a returning customer, Isabella was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble when I was choosing my new Rolex yachtmaster .

Isabella made the purchase a pleasurable experience and we have ordered a new watch for my wife which she is looking forward to .

Terrible customer service , they never reply to emails .

I have tried so many times to get in touch and I am just ignored .

I am out of pocket £40 on a return and they refuse to email back to sort out the issue .

Such a shame as the clothing is nice.
I give one star for the clothes and that’s it .

I will use other well known brands in the future and not a new set up that will ultimately fail if they carry on treating customers like this .

The item was on back order . I was keep informed at all times with regards to the delivery date .

I purchased a Berghaus Stormcloud Waterproof Jacket from Blacks and the first time I wore it in the rain I was soaked to the skin .

After numerous emails to Blacks Customer service who weren’t interested , I was told to send it back to Blacks .

They said there is nothing wrong with the jacket and sent it back to me .

The customer service is non existent and I wouldn’t of given them one star but I didn’t get the option .

I have made many purchases to Blacks over the years and never will again .
Stay away from such a terrible company and shop with other outdoor companies.

I wish I had gone to Ellis Brigham instead who I know are great .

Blacks do not care about you once they had sold a product which in this day and age is poor .

Beware of the in adequate customer service
If you get a faulty item .

What a poor service from what used to be a good company .
