I made a follow up email with regards to a Rolex I am waiting /hoping for my 50th Birthday .

Rachel called me and was she was really informative updating me with the current situation. She was really friendly and understanding and nothing was too much trouble .
It was nice to get some feedback and to be updated made me feel really reassured and I look forward to meeting her in person when I can pop into the Mcr Store . She is a credit to Robinson’s and I would like to thanks her for her help and support .
