Quality control lacking.

I ordered a mouse mat, it didn't arrive within the stated time, so I contacted them & 'spoke' to a robot who re-ordered it for me, free of charge. Both actually arrived together a few days later. Typical! However, both are poorly printed, clearly no quality control. Both are missing a border on one edge. It was intended as a gift. Not happy. Trying to speak to an actual person is a nightmare.

Be security aware!

Botswana Wildlife Safari
If you want to see wildlife and camp in the bush, then this is the trip for you. The animals & birds we saw were incredible, often down to the skills of our guide, Titus. We were a lovely group of 10 who gelled together so well, sadly as a result of events on our first night in camp. The staff at the campsites worked so hard to keep us fed & watered & nothing was too much trouble.
Explore must take heed of the need for increased security at the first camp near Chobe.4 of our 6 canvas lodges were slashed with knives in the night leading to loss of cash, passport, phones, costly camera equipment, etc We had been told, upon arrival, that we didn't need to lock our belongings into the wooden cases in our tents. Yes, we did! The rest of the trip I slept with my 'valuables' , something I have never ever done! It was a horrible feeling. After that, a little more security guidance from our guide would have been welcome .
Only one guide/driver for the huge distance we had to travel on several days struck us a a surprise. Is this a cost-cutting measure?
Negatives: distances/travel times undersold in pre-trip notes.
Arrival times at boat & one hotel, as a result, far later than expected, cutting out possibility of other activities.
Food in camp, whilst plenty, was poor - far too much chewy, inedible meat, under-cooked veg & soup like baby food. All luke warm, not good.
Trip notes need amending with greater honesty & transparency & don't get me started on customer service after the trip!

Excellent customer service

First & foremost great customer service. I ordered a gilet in forest green with embroidered printing. It arrived with embroidery in black, not white (as I thought I requested, but I may be wrong!) In feedback review, I mentioned this & got instant response, apology & offer to send me a new one free of charge, which arrived within 4 days. Superb. Sizing is slightly generous but quality is excellent & really warm. The only negative is that the colour is darker than it looks online.

Perfect, just perfect.

I've been searching for a pair of leggings with a 'difference' for some time. Most of the companies that have some eye-catching designs have very poor Trustpilot reviews........until I came across Rainbows & Sprinkles.
The designs are such fun, I was spoilt for choice.
Anyway, I ordered, they arrived within 3 days & they are wonderful. A lovely fit, incredibly comfortable, even have a pocket!
Superb, friendly service.
Definitely recommend.

Non-existent customer contact

Took over our delivery from local newsagent when it closed early in Dec. In those 6 weeks only 2 weeks have we had our correct order yet they continue to charge us for non-delivered products PLUS DELIVERY COSTS!!!! Phone calls & emails remain unanswered. Sort this out please.

Flowers arrived for me for Mothers Day. What a disappointment, box crushed, flowers dead or dying & looking so sad. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

10 stars if I could give them

I received the panda puzzle for Christmas. It was beautifully packaged in a wooden box with coloured design on the lid. I couldn't wait to start it and wasn't disappointed. It was stunning with lots of quirky-shaped pieces like monkeys, fish & flowers.
Unfortunately, one of the pieces was broken - easy to happen with wooden pieces many of which are quite small. I emailed the company, received a reply by return & a replacement puzzle was delivered today, just 4 days later. Now that's superb service & customer support! Over the holiday period as well! 10 stars!

Appalling plant quality & customer service

Doesn't deserve even 1 star.
This is supposedly a reputable company. I will never order from them again.
Admittedly my order (placed in March) wasn't huge but that shouldn't matter.
Firstly, 2 chilli plants arrived in a very sorry state but I have nurtured them though & they are beginning to pick up. Then 2 alpines arrived. One was ok, the other was dead. They told me my order must have been held up in the post & a replacement would be sent. A couple of weeks later my third & final plant arrived. Dead. I did manage to get a refund for it (thank you). However it has now been a month since my promised replacement was 'ordered'. What on earth us going on?
Never, ever order from Marshalls.

A rubbish company. Do NOT order.

Again, like so many, this company does not deserve even 1 star.
My Order (No 5007550) was placed on 26th March. It consists of veg that I desperately want to get planted for the season.
I don't know how long to wait before I cancel & try to get a refund & try to buy elsewhere.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!.
Appalling customer service. There is no phone line, nobody to speak to & nobody responds to emails.

From the outset, I was impressed with how professional Greg was. He, very patiently, took me through a very difficult situation, fully supporting me with some quite complicated form-filling and tricky questions.
Communication from Greg was second to none, so I was kept fully in the picture & knew, at every stage, how my claim was progressing
Great level of knowledge of the financial sector, including the pros & cons of going to the Ombudsmen.

I would recommend wholeheartedly.
