Excellent Company

I was very dubious about buying prescription glasses online especially when so cheap!

I was not disappointed at all! Glasses arrived, frames are really stylish, prescription is really good, I was so pleased I ordered another 2 pairs as spares for work and in my bag.

With 71% off i managed to buy prescription glasses with photochromic lenses for £27, absolutely perfect.

Have recommended to everyone i know.

Its not just the game thats a Snake!

I think the game Snake should be the new logo and name for Nokia!

Bought a 6310 on 19 October, initially started with would not switch on for about a week. It passed and thought nothing of it, now the phone will not hold its charge at all! Reported it on 19 November to be told after going back and to with questions and troubleshooting that the time for sending back and getting a refund had passed at 5:59pm that day, even though I was speaking to them before then they said i could not return it.

Nokia then said that they will send a replacement, brand new in box (so they say), a week later still not heard anything, only to be told that they are waiting for the escalation team to come back to them, they cannot speak to that team and they do not know how long it will be! What kind of customer service is that when they cannot tell you what is happening.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Ilok Air Conditioning unit…..AVOID!!!

Bought a small air conditioning unit that was advertised at half price at £75.95. Well it arrived and I would not pay more than a fiver for it, cheap plastic quite shoddily made and noisy! Contacted them asking to send it back and get a refund, came back and offered 25% back if I kept it, advised no and come back offering 30% to keep it. Asked again for refund to be told they don’t normally do that. It was only after getting advice from my bank where they looked into it for me and they advised me what it states in their T&C’s that they agreed to pay back once they had received it, I had to send it back to Spain and recorded!!

Not worth the £150 they say it is worth, go to Amazon you can get similar things for a fraction of the £75 without the hassle!!

Avoid like the plague!

First and last time using this appalling company!

Place an order that cost £85 after discount and then £5.99 delivery. DPD advised would deliver, never turned up, said they would deliver the next day. Contacted The Fragrance Shop by email and they responded and refunded the delivery charge.

Item never arrived again, contacted TFS who advised to speak to DPD, contacted DPD who advised there was no tracking so looked like it was lost and to contact TFG. Several emails over the course of a week and then they just stopped replying to me! Managed to get a customer care number, spoke to someone there over a week after delivery due, said would escalate and would get back to me in 72 hours.....no one did. Have continued to send emails and again no response. I did get a random email 4 days ago apologising for no one getting back to me and would ensure someone would!! why could they just not deal with the issue!!! I just want a refund for something I have not received.

Now getting on for three weeks.....still no response from TFS, contacted customer service again today, he did not sound bothered at all, I said I had spoken to a man last week numerous times then he asked me when I spoke to someone and was it a man or a woman!!! He has now told me he has escalated and would get someone to call me back in 72 hours!!!! Lets see what happens shall we!! Ordered the item from elsewhere and got it the next day no issues!

Excellent!!

Always got my glasses from high street opticians but thought would try online. I was not disappointed, a great choice, even better was buy one get one free and a 40% off code. I was well informed on where my order stage was up to every step of the way. Glasses arrived and were perfect! Crystal clear and much better quality than what I was expecting. I would highly recommend glasses direct as I will certainly be using again.

Absolutely shocking "customer service" - Treat Customers terribly!!!

Absolutely shocking "customer service"! Speak to someone, they dont understand what you are telling them, then when they eventually get it they say they will look into it!! No one does, you call back, someone tells you different advise. Nothing from that, call again different advise again!! Online chat is absolutely appalling, they dont really help you they always say its a different department. I appreciate that they have more than one message open at a time but when you get a message for someone else it makes you think are they sending your info to someone else!! More care needs to be made. I have made numerous complaints to Vodafone and they genuinely do not seem to care! If i was not in a contract with them i would be off like a shot and never look back.
