First and last time using this appalling company!
Place an order that cost £85 after discount and then £5.99 delivery. DPD advised would deliver, never turned up, said they would deliver the next day. Contacted The Fragrance Shop by email and they responded and refunded the delivery charge.
Item never arrived again, contacted TFS who advised to speak to DPD, contacted DPD who advised there was no tracking so looked like it was lost and to contact TFG. Several emails over the course of a week and then they just stopped replying to me! Managed to get a customer care number, spoke to someone there over a week after delivery due, said would escalate and would get back to me in 72 hours.....no one did. Have continued to send emails and again no response. I did get a random email 4 days ago apologising for no one getting back to me and would ensure someone would!! why could they just not deal with the issue!!! I just want a refund for something I have not received.
Now getting on for three weeks.....still no response from TFS, contacted customer service again today, he did not sound bothered at all, I said I had spoken to a man last week numerous times then he asked me when I spoke to someone and was it a man or a woman!!! He has now told me he has escalated and would get someone to call me back in 72 hours!!!! Lets see what happens shall we!! Ordered the item from elsewhere and got it the next day no issues!
