what the hell are you playing at

what the hell are you playing at, instead of making it easier to use your service you are now demanding a security code sent to our email address. This service is hard enough to leave reviews on do not make it harder

Jaun was professional polite and very knowledgeable. I have dealt with a number of pension companies recently and found Scottish widows processes and procedures the most user friendly and there staff by far the most friendly helpful.

RIPPED OF AGAIN

ordered an I phone unlocked for 80.00 guess what it turned out to be an I phone 5 SE which was on a business plan so could not be unlocked even at a mobile shop specialising in this
Ripped of by CEX again first the ps3 now an I phone older than methusala and i have given up with CEX i will never buy online or go into one of their shops again.

courteous and engaging staff who were very knowledgeable and quickly suited a product to our needs. The delivery charge of £30.00 stuck in my throat a bit as i live 2 miles from the store and was spending £650.00 on their products. The sales lady explained it away as the products were coming from england my reply was not my concern store items closer to the store will let you know when the items are delivered in 15 days

Admiral Bullying Tactics

Admiral home insurance contacted me by email to say my home insurance was up for renewal on 01/11/2022 and they were going to auto renew me and i needed to call them to provide card details. The email also said i would be auto renewed and if i did not call them to provide card details the policy would be cancelled and i would be pursued for a cancellation fee. I never auto renew and i do not like being threatened or black mailed into taking their policy. So i yhuad to go to all the trouble of contacting them and cancelling my current policy on 01/11/2022 its end date. I was told by the agent this method is standard on all Admiral policies. What a cheek and gall to threaten people to renew. I immediately got in touch with another company who assured me they would contact me with a renewal quote but would never threaten to automatically renew a policy unless requested and would never threaten cancellation charges if i had not contacted them to cancel the policy. My new companies policy excess is far superior to Admiral and the staff member did not sound bored unlike the Admiral agent who has possibly heard this many times. My new policy is £10.00 dearer but i do not care i will not be bullied or coerced into taking a renewal in that fashion Admiral should be ashamed of themselves

My 200mbs broadband went from 38.00 to 50.00. I called twice to no avail so used the web chat facility and presented my cost issue to the customer services agent who advised would need to pay. I was a little put out at this, so being out of contract i told her to put me through to retentions to cancel account ( which i had every intention of doing) and spoke with chris in retentions, who very effecetively worked out my usage and came up with a plan that was to my satisfaction and allowed me to stay with virgin - nice one chris

Time for tariff renewal so tried to…

Time for tariff renewal so tried to call gave up after 30 minutes on the phone. Went to the website and to be fair there was not much of a choice ( they are guarding their profit margin ferociously) so without the ability to talk to someone to explain in detail the packages i choose the most appealing. I think its time to ditch them and look about next year
