cashback claim rejected

I purchased a new phone in May through Topcashback, but after 4 months Mobile Phones Direct are now saying that they cannot trace my order back to Topcashback so my claim has been rejected. they have done exactly the same to my mum, who made her purchase through Quiodco so both of our claims have been denied. totally disappointing and dishonest way of cheating customers out of their cashback claims

I am truly sorry too hear that you have faced an issue regarding your cash back through top cash back. I can completely understand your frustration with this.

I have investigated your account and can confirm our system does trace your order to top cash back. Therefore, this should not be a problem. I would advise to email a copy of your confirmation email and proof that you do have cash back with top cash back to webshop@mobilephonesdirect.co.uk so this can be investigated fully and resolved for you.

no refund for returned items

returned 3 items before Xmas, received an email on 29 December advising I would receive a refund within 10 days - as of 7 Feb I'm still waiting! I have emailed them twice with no response, will never order from them again

issue now resolved- thanks
